START Fellowship is a philanthropic incubator and accelerator program operated by START Global, designed to empower young entrepreneurs from Latin America and Africa. The program provides resource-intensive support to help founders turn ideas into scalable ventures. It consists of two phases: an online incubator followed by an in-person accelerator in St.Gallen, Switzerland, focusing on mentorship, workshops, and investor introductions.

The START Fellowship aims to support young, ambitious entrepreneurs from Latin America and Sub-Saharan Africa, particularly those with technology and social innovation ideas. The program focuses on helping founders develop product-market fit and build investable companies ready for venture funding, while facilitating connections to European investors.
The program is free for participants.
The program consists of a 7-week online incubator followed by a 4-month in-person accelerator.
The program is hybrid, with an online incubator phase and an in-person accelerator phase in St.Gallen, Switzerland.
