The Open Water Fellowship is a 6-week intensive accelerator program for early-stage startups that provides dedicated support in product development, growth, and investor connections. The program takes a highly selective approach, inviting only the 20 most promising startups to participate, and provides dedicated teams of specialists in engineering, design, and growth hacking.

The Open Water Fellowship focuses on early-stage startups that require intensive support in product development and growth. It aims to compress the typical startup roadmap into a short, focused period, enabling rapid iteration and market feedback.
To apply, startups must submit an application and record a 60-90 second voice memo describing their company, product, and market opportunity. The selection process is highly competitive, focusing on team quality, market opportunity, and product uniqueness.
The program compresses a normal 12-month roadmap into 6 weeks, with aggressive milestone setting and weekly progress reviews.
Full-time participation is expected, with a structured program that includes dedicated teams and regular check-ins.
