Hunter Search Capital is an investment fund focused primarily on Entrepreneurship through Acquisition (ETA). Founded in 2020 by Lacey Wismer, the organization is based on the principles learned from Wismer's father, who acquired small businesses in Minnesota. Since its inception, Hunter Search Capital has partnered with over 100 entrepreneurs to acquire and grow small businesses, achieving significant growth with more than 80 companies. The organization invests in small businesses through various ETA structures, including traditional search funds and committed capital vehicles, providing tailored resources from the search fund launch to post-acquisition value creation.
