See or delete what we hold about you

If you have only browsed

We hold no account for you. Reading public pages does not create one.

If you have sent us a message, we hold that message, the name and email address you gave, the page you were on, and a one-way hash of your network address used only to stop the form being flooded. The raw address is never stored.

If you have an account

We hold the email address you signed in with, and what you have deliberately created: your profile, your scouting record, and anything you saved. We do not assemble a hidden profile from what you browse.

Asking to see it

Write through the privacy topic from the address the account is held under, and say you want a copy.

We answer within 30 days, usually the same week.

Asking to delete it

Same form. Say plainly that you want deletion, from the address it is held under. Deletion covers your account, your profile, and your messages to us, except where we are required to keep a record of a legal or security matter.

What we never do

• We do not sell reader data.
• We do not tell an organization that you looked at its page.
• We do not build an advertising profile.
