Billing and subscriptions
How to reach us about a charge, a renewal or a cancellation, and what never to send through a form.

Use the billing topic and include the email address the subscription is held under. Without it we cannot find the account, and the first reply will only ask for it.
Say what you want in the first line: a question about a charge, a change of plan, or a cancellation. It routes faster than a description of how you got here.
Never send these
No card numbers, no bank details, no CVV, no full billing address, no screenshots that contain any of the above. Nothing in that list is ever needed to answer a billing question, and a contact form is the wrong place for all of it.
If a message ever asks you for a card number in reply to a support request, it is not from us.
What we can see
The subscription state and the invoice history attached to the account email. We cannot see your card, and we cannot see a payment that was made under a different address than the one you are writing from.
Cancellation
Say so through the billing topic and we will confirm what happens to access and to any remaining term before anything changes.

If not, say so. Describe what you were trying to do and what happened instead, and the answer usually becomes a better version of this article.
