Muscowpetung Saulteaux Business Developments (MSBD) is the business development arm of the Muscowpetung Saulteaux Nation. Located 47 kms northwest of Regina, the community has a total membership of 1,628 and is a Rights Holder under the Canadian legal framework. The Traditional Territory of Muscowpetung is the Treaty Four Territory. MSBD is a corporate entity and a Limited Partnership that is structured under both the Business Corporations Act (Saskatchewan), as well as the Partnership Act (Saskatchewan), and carries on business via a variety of investment vehicles, including, but not limited to: Joint Ventures, other Limited Partnerships, and Consortiums. MSBD is structured as the Managing Partner of all business entities established by the Muscowpetung Saulteaux Nation and sanctioned by the Chief and Council. Through its various partnerships, MSBD offers many services include: 1.) Environmental & Engineering solutions (Matrix Solutions); 2.) Testing, inspection, and certification (SGS); 3.) Fleet management & vehicles (Challenger); 4.) Camp Services, maintenance, medical (Primco Dene) 5.) Fabrication, construction services, project management (Radium Technologies); 6.) The New Orleans Business Alliance (NOLABA) is a non-profit economic development organization established in 2010.
