Degla Ventures

Degla Ventures is a venture architecture studio. We design and establish venture studios — the strategy, the founding, and the operations support behind them. (An architecture studio, in the design sense — not a venture studio we operate.) We produce two kinds of asset: Operating models — reusable venture-studio models we design and own (our IP). Protocol Lab is the flagship; we can design others (traditional venture-studio models, industry-specific models, bespoke models for a given institution). Venture studios — the operating entities we establish with institutions, deploying one of our models into each. We are NOT a venture studio. We do not fully own or fully operate studios. We work at the strategic level — we design, help found, help build, help run, equip, guide, and monitor — but the partner remains the operator. What we offer: Strategy & design — designing the studio, the model it will run, its economics, and governance. Models — our operating models (Protocol Lab flagship + others), deployed into the studios we build. Founding & build assistance — helping stand the studio up. Operations support & governance — ongoing guidance, monitoring, and follow-up (advisory, not full operation); management/governance services. Training — for founders and studio teams. Tools & technology — the DV Product Suite | DV app suite : eleven apps covering the whole operating line. How we engage (four modes): Advise — pure advisory: design the studio and guide the build. Co-found — establish a studio with a partner (e.g. a university, agency, or corporate); we take an equity share and may co-invest heavily. Franchise / License — grant other studios or agencies a license to run one of our models and use our tools. Platform — provide tools/DV Hub via subscription (often agency-operated, not our face).
