Overview

TATWIR Croissance Verte is a Moroccan support program for industrial very small, small, and medium-sized enterprises, deployed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade through Maroc PME and AMEE. Launched on January 26, 2021, it was associated with the country’s 2021–2023 Industrial Recovery Plan.

The program covers projects involving energy efficiency and renewable energy, development of green industrial sectors, eco-designed product innovation, and clean manufacturing or material-flow technologies. Its stated support includes an allowance for eligible technological investment, cost coverage for eligible innovation and product development, and technical-consulting coverage at different maximum rates for SMEs and very small enterprises. The Ministry also linked an online application form operated by Maroc PME; the form’s current acceptance status is unverified.

Who it is for

The Ministry identifies industrial very small, small, and medium-sized enterprises as the target audience. Listed project areas include energy efficiency and renewable energy, green industrial sectors, eco-designed product innovation, and clean manufacturing or material-flow technologies. BANK OF AFRICA separately describes turnover criteria for certain enterprise categories and recommends confirming eligibility with Maroc PME; those partner descriptions are not presented here as definitive program rules.
