Applicants must have successfully completed Incubator Phase 1 and already be working on a non-extractive impact startup. Narwhal says the idea should show early-stage traction. Solo founders may join.
Participants receive weekly coaching, hands-on contributions where needed, expert advice on operations and revenue generation, and access to Narwhal's partner network. The Accelerator also includes regular pitching opportunities, networking sessions, and expert talks.
The Accelerator lasts six months. Its first two to three weeks focus on business intake and goal setting. Interviews take place up to two weeks before the scheduled start date.
