01Booster’s Research and Technology Collaboration Program supports business development from research seeds. Its model brings researchers and business-side members together as equals to connect research with markets.
The page describes three tracks. An internal cross-lab track, listed at about three months, supports cross-department links and business-side communication. A researcher and technologist track, listed at about one year, helps participants explore commercialization of their own research topics. A technology-planning track, also listed at about one year, supports R&D-planning units exploring commercialization of company results.
The page separately describes a three-to-four-month Lean Startup-based launch program for research-institute members, without specifying how it relates to the three tracks. Introductory seminars and workshops are also described, with the aim of promoting unlearning.
