Since 2012 we have co-founded +30 companies — including Glovo, Wallapop, PlatanoMelón, GoTrendier and Piper — backing the best co-founders to build global companies that disrupt multi-billion-dollar industries. Our ventures have raised more than $1.5B in funding, generated more than $3B in shareholder value, and currently employ more than 3,000 people. THE OPPORTUNITY We're building our next B2B SaaS venture in the insurance space in Mexico — a vast, offline industry that's wide open for an AI-native software layer. It's a category-defining opportunity in one of the country's largest and least-digitalised markets, and we're looking for an exceptional founder to build it from the ground up. As a founder, you'll be in the driving seat — launching and leading your own company. We invest in you and act as your co-founding partners, equipping you with strategic, financial and operational support across every key area (Product, Tech, Growth, Data, Legal, Finance, Business Development, Fundraising and Talent) so you can go from 0 to 1 faster and with less risk. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Must-haves - A track record of taking things from 0 to 1 and getting your hands dirty — you've built or scaled something, not just managed it. - 5+ years in fast-growing companies, top-tier consulting or a relevant software/SaaS operating role, having held a leadership position. - Proven ability to attract and lead exceptional talent. - Commercial and strategic judgment: you can set direction and also sell, hire and execute. - Outstanding communication — you can move a board, an investor and a customer. - Fluency in Spanish and English. Nice-to-haves (bonus) - Experience selling or building software for businesses (enterprise or SMB). - Experience in insurance or insurtech is a strong plus. - Prior founder or early-employee experience at a venture-backed startup. 🌍 About Antai Ventures Antai Ventures is a Barcelona-based venture studio with presence across Southern Europe and LatAm. We partner-up and invest in the best co-founders to build global companies willing to disrupt multi-billion dollar industries. Since 2012 we have co-founded +30 companies including Glovo, Wallapop, Piper and Juryo. Our ventures have raised more than $1.5B in funding, have generated more than $3B in shareholders value and currently employ more than 3,000 people. 🚀 Join the team building the AI Operating System for Real Estate Agencies We are building the AI-native operating system for real estate agencies in Spain, one of the largest, most fragmented and least digitised industries in Southern Europe. We deploy specialized AI agents that run an agency's core operations 24/7: answering every lead in seconds, qualifying buyers and tenants, scheduling visits, and, over time, operating the entire transaction. The product is live and in production with our first client. You won't be alone: there is already a co-founder on board, a senior operator who has built and scaled AI systems from zero to production at enterprise level, and the backing of Antai's full studio team. We are now looking for the co-founder who will own the commercial side of the company. 💼 About The Role You are a builder at heart. This is not a sales job where you inherit a pipeline, a script and a quota someone else designed. You will create the commercial engine of a company from zero, with the ownership and equity of a founder. You know how to build an AI-native sales pipeline, automating the grunt work of prospecting and enrichment so you can focus 100% on building relationships and closing deals. You are writing the playbook. High agency, total ownership, zero excuses - that is the job. 📝 Responsibilities - Hunt & Close: you own the full cycle: outreach, discovery, demo, close, with the agencies that matter. You'll close the first 50 accounts yourself, on the phone and in their offices. - Systematize Success: turn wins into a repeatable machine: CRM architecture, outbound sequences built AI-native from day one, sales assets, pricing playbook. - Own the Number: revenue, pricing and expansion are yours. Land & expand: accounts grow as agencies delegate more workflows to the platform. - Feedback Loop: you are the bridge between the market and the product. What agencies tell you decides the roadmap. - Build the Team: once the playbook is proven, hire and lead the commercial organisation. 📚 Requirements - Proven sales track record: you've carried a quota and closed deals yourself — SMBs or traditional, relationship-driven sectors in Spain are a strong plus (real estate, insurance, professional services). - Hunter mentality: relentless and competitive. You create opportunities instead of waiting for them, you hear "no" and come back with a better angle, and you'd rather lose a deal fighting than watch one pass by. - Zero-to-one experience: early-stage environment, or you built a territory, vertical or channel from nothing in a fast-paced company. - Founder commitment: full-time dedication, equity over salary, and full accountability for the number. - Native Spanish (you're selling to local agencies). Fluent English. 🤝 What We Offer - A true founding seat: co-founder equity aligned with the founding team, with the standard founder framework (vesting, full-time dedication). - A live product, a client in production, and a ~€1B market in Spain with no AI-native leader yet. - A co-founder already on board and a product that ships daily. - Antai's full-stack operator support: Product, Engineering, GTM, Legal, Fundraising. - A founder community and direct access to top-tier investors for the upcoming rounds. - Based in Barcelona, hybrid.

CEO & CO-FOUNDER — B2B SAAS VENTURE IN REGTECH / COMPLIANCE (BARCELONA, SPAIN) About Antai Ventures Antai Ventures is a Barcelona-based venture studio with presence across Southern Europe and LatAm (Mexico). ABOUT MARBLE Marble https://marble.studio is a climate tech venture studio. We partner with scientists, engineers, and operators to create companies solving hard climate problems in the world's largest industries. Our first 15 companies https://marble.studio/companies are building transformative products across energy, industry, agriculture, and climate resilience. 100% have been successful in raising follow-on to date. We are looking to partner with exceptional individuals to create our next venture. ABOUT THE ROLE We are hiring a Junior Venture Analyst intern to join the Marble team and support the market and commercial exploration of key opportunity areas in climate tech. You will work directly with Partners, senior team members, and brilliant founders on a mission to turn the tide on the climate crisis. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with some of the brightest and most mission driven individuals you’ll meet! You will be immersed into the worlds of climate and deep tech venture creation. Expect direct exposure to the many aspects of running a climate tech studio: developing new opportunity theses, supporting founders on strategy and fundraising, running customer reserach, and forming a view on which companies are worth building. This internship is a great fit for a student with a passion for climate tech and venture, with prior exposure in fast-paced environment where they had to own work, navigate ambiguity, and help shape key decisions (e.g. startups, scaleups, VC, corporate dev, consulting, etc.) Location: HQ in Paris, Station F Language: English fluency required. French fluency preferred. Period: 6-month internship starting as soon as possible RESPONSIBILITIES Founder & company-building support. You'll partner with our Founders in Residence as they turn a technical idea into a real business. That starts with validating their assumptions through market research — forecasts, policy drivers, competition maps, key insights — and goes further into helping them shape business-model options, go-to-market and expansion strategy, roadmap, and fundraising plans. This is effectively strategic consulting: you have a direct say in how an innovation becomes a company, and you diligence each opportunity with full objectivity — do you genuinely believe this will be a fund-returner for Marble? Opportunity & thesis research. You'll work alongside the venture team as they develop new theses and decide where Marble should build next. Your job is to bring the business lens to that work — sizing markets, mapping the competitive landscape and market structure, identifying the real gaps, and pressure-testing whether an opportunity is genuinely venture-scale. You are the commercial and investor eye in the room. Fundraising Operations. Support Partners on fundraising for our second startup studio vintage, as well as potential new vehicles. This includes: investor research (e.g. HNWIs, Family Offices, Fund of Fund, other LPs), data room material preparation, CRM updates, meeting scheduling and follow-ups, etc. Customer development. You'll help run our structured outreach to connect with leading experts and gather insight through interviews, and you'll build out the customer pipeline as we push to "sell" the vision as far as it will go. Portfolio & studio support. On an ad-hoc basis you'll support portfolio companies after spin-out, with, for instance, their first external fundraise post-Marble. You will also contribute to the studio operations that shape how Marble builds going forward, by notably drafting guides and templates used by founders regarding their commercial and financial deliverables while in program. Across all of them, you'll turn your work into clear deliverables — memos, decks, and spreadsheet models (including light financial modeling such as cap tables and projections) — that feed directly into real decisions. REQUIREMENTS This internship is a unique opportunity for a entrepreneurial individual who’s excited to operate in a fast-paced, high-context environment - You are studying for a Master’s degree at a top engineering, business school, or university - You already had exposure (e.g. internship, school project, etc) to startups, strategy consulting, VC or corporate development. - You are fluent / native in English, and ideally in French as well. Your ability to learn on the job is more important than ticking every single box. However we would especially love to hear from you if: - You’re passionate about climate tech, startups, industry, energy, venture creation. You are familiar with the key trends and relevant ecosystems. - You’re organized, responsive, and can manage many moving parts without dropping the ball. - You’re a strong communicator and take pride in creating clean, structured deliverables. - You’ve done basic financial modeling and are comfortable working with cap tables and business plans. - You are comfortable taking ownership of complex tasks with a "learning by doing" attitude. - You excel at using modern software and AI products to increase your work leverage, such as Claude, Gemini, Notion, Slack, Airtable, Google Suite, etc. Familiarity with CRMs and specialist AI tools (e.g. Lemlist, Exa, Clay, etc) is a welcome plus. WHAT WE OFFER - €1,600 monthly internship stipend - Office located at Station F in Paris. Flexible remote days are possible - 5 days off - Meal vouchers (Swile), 50% transport refund - Exposure to our network of top founders, investors, and advisors - High ownership, rapid learning curve, and meaningful scope - A chance to help build the next generation of Marble companies We believe that a diverse group of minds is key to solving the climate crisis. We encourage women and people of colour to apply. Studies have shown that under-represented candidates are less likely to apply for an opportunity unless they feel they meet every single qualification. We are committed to building a diverse, inclusive and mission-driven cohort. If you’re excited about the programme but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with what you read on our website, we encourage you to apply anyways!

EMPOWERING THE TRADES The UK’s 885,000 construction micro-businesses deliver £49bn of small construction projects each year. Most run on WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and memory. The unstructured approach costs roughly 20% of each job in scope drift, rework, untracked changes, and delayed compliance. The industry is also highly wasteful, with 13% of materials never being used, and construction accounting for 61% of the UK’s landfill. We are reliant on this highly fragmented industry to refurbish our buildings to meet performance needs and the targets of the Climate Change Act. However, at current rates, it will take 100+ years to decarbonise the UK’s built environment. We are building an AI-native workforce of installers to provide high-quality retrofits of buildings. The software will be used to ease administrative burden, reduce project costs, and accelerate business growth. By de-risking installations for both the contractor and the customer, we will enable cost effective delivery across millions of buildings. ABOUT THE ROLE As CTO and Co-Founder, you will be the technical half of a two-person founding team. You are a peer to the CEO, a partner, sharing leadership and responsibility. You own the technical vision, the architecture, the hire-and-build plan for the engineering team, and the technical narrative we take to investors and partners. This is not a "manage the engineers" role. At Pre-Seed, you are writing the production code, making the call on what we build, what we buy, and what we defer. You will inherit working scaffolding (Ionic Angular mobile app, FastAPI services, agent gateway with LLM SDKs, Supabase data layer, a live React lead-gen site on Cloudflare) and a product roadmap shaped by over 100 installer interviews. You will own the technical strategy that turns that scaffolding into a defensible, AI-native operating system for the trades. Core Responsibilities: - Technical vision and architecture: Own the end-to-end stack and the multi-year technical strategy, data modelling, and infrastructure. - Shipping software: Write, review, and deploy code. - AI strategy: Own the agentic architecture (RAG, structured output, human-in-the-loop gates). Train, evaluate, and deploy models. - Engineering hiring and team building: Build the engineering function. Define the hiring bar, write the JDs, run technical interviews, and set the engineering culture. - Technical fundraising and storytelling: Own the technical narrative in investor conversations, due diligence calls, and partner meetings. - Defensibility: Identify what is protectable, what stays a trade secret, and what is published. As CTO and Co-Founder, you will partner directly with the current Founder in Residence, who has been developing this project as CEO over the last 12 months. The founder has 20+ years of product development experience in the construction industry, ML, and Computer Vision. Most recently, he was responsible for an AI-powered quality assurance system used by automotive OEMs, and before that, built and scaled a robotic tool and installer operating system that delivered over 5,000 installs with zero compliance failures. REQUIREMENTS You are a strong fit if you recognise yourself in most of the following: SKILLS - Software engineering across the stack: You have shipped multi-tenant SaaS and production systems end to end. Solid CS foundations, including data structures, systems design, distributed systems, testing, and architecture that scales. - Python backend: Comfortable building APIs, data pipelines, and service integrations in Python. Familiarity with FastAPI, Django, or Flask is useful but not essential; what matters is that you can design clean, testable services. Familiarity with Supabase, Postgres, and pgvector is useful. - Production AI: You have built agent-first workflows, RAG, structured output parsing, and evaluation harnesses. You know the difference between a demo and a production system. - Cloud infrastructure: You can deploy, monitor, and maintain apps end-to-end on modern cloud platforms (Supabase, Cloudflare, AWS, or similar). You think about latency, cost, and observability from day one. - Technical hiring and team design: You have hired engineers before. You know what a good technical interview looks like, what a bad one looks like, and how to set an early engineering culture that scales without rewrites. - Communication: You can hold both a technical conversation with an investor and a product conversation with a sole trader. BEHAVIOURS - Outcome-driven: You take ownership of outcomes, not tickets. You think in years, not sprints. You see fundraising, hiring, and product as one connected system. - Builder who scales: Ship imperfect on Thursday over perfect next month, track the debt, and know which debt is dangerous. - Product over features: You measure output in customer outcomes and revenue, not story points or lines of code written. - Comfort with ambiguity: You make the call, you write down why, and you move. You revise without ego when reality contradicts the call. - Transparency: Your actions build trust and strong partnerships. BONUS POINT - You have been in a founding position before (Co-Founder, Founding Engineer, first hire, etc.). - You have built or contributed to developer platforms, internal tooling, or infrastructure automation that another team relied on. - You have worked with CNN’s and Computer Vision. - You have a strong appreciation for design and UX. - You understand UK construction compliance (MCS, RECC, Part P, Building Regulations) or you can pick it up fast. WHAT WE OFFER We offer (among other things) - A €3,000 monthly allowance during your participation in the programme as a Co-Founder in Residence before spinout. - €250,000 inception funding at incorporation, if you are successful. You and your team will own 80% of the company at incorporation. - Full-stack support in our venture creation programme - Mentorship and guidance at every step of the way - Hands-on support across technology and market research, landing interviews with experts and customers, techno-economic modelling, roadmap and scale-up strategy, sourcing your future co-founders and advisors, and more - Access to an unparalleled network across science, industry, talent, investors, mentors, and other climate deeptech founders - Access to our research insights, knowledge base, and curated resources - Weekly check-ins, work sessions in our Paris HQ (or remote) and continuous peer learning with other programme participants - Seed fundraising support after the programme. Introductions to the best seed investors and help with term sheet negotiation. We believe that a diverse group of minds is key to solving the climate crisis. Stackpoint Ventures

About Stackpoint Stackpoint is a venture studio that conceives, funds, and builds B2B agentic AI companies in complex, high-barrier industries like real estate, construction, and lending. Our founders, Adam Pase and Chris Kelly, are proptech pioneers who created over $2B of combined equity value before starting Stackpoint. We've launched 13 companies in 6 years, raised over $100M, and now launch about four companies a year. 80% of our companies go on to raise from institutional investors, roughly 3x the traditional VC rate. Each company gets a full in-house team (product, design, engineering, marketing, recruiting, and finance) working alongside the founder from day one, plus our capital and a network of design partners, advisors, and investors. Position Overview We're hiring a hands-on product designer to lead design for new companies, from the first discovery conversations to a shipped product and brand. The way design gets done has changed, but the core of great product design hasn't. We want someone who mastered a strong design process before AI tools made it faster: finding the right problem, caring deeply about users, holding a high bar for quality, and knowing when you've learned enough to commit. Our designers now also prototype and build with AI tools, work with engineers who use the same tools, and often own the front end. You've spent years designing and launching B2B products users love, including meaningful work from before the current AI wave. You're comfortable in complex, data-heavy domains with no established product playbook, and you learn new industries quickly. Joining Stackpoint also means sharing in the equity of the companies we create. Key Responsibilities 💡 First, some context You'll lead design for one startup at a time, as part of a pod with a Stackpoint product lead and engineering lead. We work side by side with each founder/CEO for about the first 6 months after launch, then shift into a supporting role as they hire their own team and raise their first outside round. Typically you'll work on 1–2 startups per year. You'll also have dedicated time to improve the studio's own AI operating system, and the tools and playbooks that make our work efficient and repeatable. Discovery You'll do this work with your pod's product and engineering leads and the company's founder/CEO: Problem discovery: interview users and design partners to find the problems worth solving, and map the full B2B ecosystem of buyers, operators, and other stakeholders. Solution discovery: put concepts and prototypes in front of users through usability testing, then iterate on what you learn. Get deep into a new industry fast, and know when you have enough signal to commit. Product & UX Design Set the product design vision and information architecture. Design end-to-end workflows for AI-powered products, including how users review, trust, and correct what agents do. Design for data complexity: records, knowledge bases, permissions, and the schemas behind them. Prototyping & Building with AI Use AI design and coding tools to go from idea to testable prototype in hours or days. Own the front end end-to-end, and know when a prototype is enough to learn from and when it has to be production quality. Keep the team focused on what it's trying to learn, even when it's easy to keep building. UI Design & Brand Create each company's initial brand identity, from logo to core visual elements. Build polished interfaces and design systems that engineers and AI tools can build from. Keep the brand consistent across product, website, decks, and social. Recruiting Support Help each CEO define the profile for their first design hire and take part in the search. Qualifications 7+ years of product design experience, with substantial work from before the last 2–3 years. We want to see your craft and process from before AI tools, alongside how you work today. Significant B2B software experience, ideally complex, workflow- or data-heavy products. Experience with AI-powered products is a strong plus. A track record of improving products through direct work with users and showing measurable results. Fluency with current AI design and prototyping tools, and comfort with the technical side of product: data models, APIs, and front-end code. 0–1 experience building new products, at a startup or inside a larger company. Having taken one or two products from zero to product-market fit is a strong plus. Domain experience (real estate, fintech, and so on) is welcome but not required. Personal Qualities Taste: a high, well-calibrated bar for visual and UX quality. Care for users: you've made someone's working day better and can show how you learned what they needed. Curiosity: you keep trying new tools, side projects, and ideas, both technical and about the industries you design for. Agency: you unblock yourself and move work forward on incomplete information. Team-first: you prepare well for group sessions, help drive meetings, and put the team's results ahead of your own credit. The design team You won't be the only designer in the studio. You'll join Rene Chen and Petr Kaplunovich , who each lead design in their own pod. We share work, tools, and practices across companies, and back each other up. Comp, Benefits, and Location We offer competitive cash compensation, equity in our portfolio companies, and comprehensive benefits: health, vision, and dental insurance, generous paid time off and sick leave, and a 401(k). Our team is distributed across the U.S. We work remotely and meet in person about once a quarter. Our priority is finding the best person for the role, wherever they're based in the U.S.

Build the AI-native platform every yard of dirt moves through. Remote (U.S.), with occasional travel to Boston for team time About Soil Connect Our founder was paying to get rid of dirt. A builder seven blocks away was willing to pay him for it. They only found each other because the builder happened to stop by. The same dirt was a disposal cost on one site and a valuable resource on another. Soil Connect was built on a simple idea: making that connection shouldn't be a matter of luck. The same problem plays out across an estimated 4.4 billion cubic yards of dirt moved on U.S. job sites each year. We're building a marketplace that connects the people who have material, the people who need it and the haulers who move it. Today, developers and contractors bring us a need for material or a place to take their excess. We match them with suppliers, receiving sites and haulers, and our team runs the job through to delivery. Our digital ticketing product records each truckload on the job site. Leading builders and developers already on our platform include Lennar, D.R. Horton, ARCO and Prologis. Much of that work still runs on phone calls, texts and manual follow-up. We're building software and agents to find material, collect quotes and coordinate jobs, with our operators handling exceptions and judgment calls. Our vision: every yard of dirt moves through one connected platform, from the first quote to the final payment. The Role You'll be one of Soil Connect's first in-house engineers and the technical lead for the platform, reporting to our CEO. This is a hands-on role: you'll write production code, make architectural decisions and work directly with operators and customers to decide what to build. The new platform is being built now with Stackpoint's engineering and product team. You'll help finish it, lead the move of live customers off the legacy system and take ownership as the studio team hands it over. The agent layer on top of it is greenfield. A second in-house engineer is planned to join in 2027, and you'll help hire them. Why Join Customers who already depend on us. You'll build for real jobs at some of the country's largest builders from your first week. One of our largest customers is also an investor. The technical seat, from the start. You'll own the architecture, the agent layer and the engineering practices the company builds on, with room to grow as the team does. Partnership with Stackpoint. Our venture studio partner works alongside us through the rebuild and remains an operating partner afterward, providing technical and product guidance and access to a network of real estate and construction operators. What You'll Work On Your first priorities Learn the business alongside our operators and customers, help finish the new platform and complete the legacy migration without disrupting live jobs. Build agent workflows for intake, sourcing, outreach, quote capture and follow-up. Record who was contacted, what they quoted and what happened next. Build the tools operators need to review agent work, resolve exceptions and run more jobs. Use evals, confidence thresholds and human review to decide what can safely be automated. As the platform grows Extend the workflow from request to payment: customers compare quotes and track jobs; suppliers and haulers respond and coordinate from their phones; load tickets carry through to invoicing. Own the data model, company permissions, security and production reliability. Set practical standards for testing, code review, deployment, monitoring and cost. Shape priorities with our CEO and team, balancing what helps us learn now with what needs to last. Help hire and onboard the next engineer. What Success Looks Like Live customers move to the new platform and the legacy system is retired without disrupting their jobs. Operators handle more jobs per person, with less manual follow-up and faster quotes for customers. Agents handle routine sourcing and quote follow-up, and operators trust their output. The team ships reliable improvements regularly, and the next engineer can understand and contribute to the codebase quickly. What You Bring Senior, hands-on engineering experience. 6+ years building software, including time as an early engineer at a startup. You've shipped a product from scratch, supported it through growth and taken responsibility for systems you didn't originally build. Technical ownership. You've made architecture decisions for a product paying customers relied on, set standards other engineers followed, and helped hire or mentor engineers. You can own cloud infrastructure, CI/CD and production data, not just application code. Full-stack development. You've built and shipped applications with Next.js, Node.js and Postgres, or an equivalent stack. You can take a change from the interface through the backend and database to production, including authentication and data access. Production AI experience. You've shipped LLM-powered workflows with tool use and structured outputs. You can explain how you evaluated reliability, handled failures and managed model cost. AI-native engineering workflow. Coding agents are part of how you build, test and review software. You can explain where they improve your work and how you verify what they produce. Product judgment and customer proximity. You work directly with users to understand the problem before choosing a solution. You're comfortable building for both office teams and people working from a phone on a job site. Clear communication and shared ownership. You share progress and risks early, explain tradeoffs without jargon and bring possible solutions when something goes wrong. You want to build with a small team, not work in isolation. Preferred Qualifications Marketplace, logistics, dispatch or field operations software Voice agents, phone systems or text messaging in production Construction industry experience How We Work We take responsibility for outcomes, raise problems early and help each other solve them. We stay close to customers and choose useful, straightforward solutions over unnecessary complexity. Our core values are family, passion, communication, transparency and customer focus. Compensation Competitive salary Meaningful equity Comprehensive health benefits If you read this and want to own the platform every yard of dirt moves through, we'd like to talk.
