VIDEO PRODUCER, THE DIARY OF A CEO COMPANY: FLIGHTSTORY THE SHOW: THE DIARY OF A CEO REPORTS TO: HEAD OF PRODUCTION OPERATIONS LOCATION: LOS ANGELES, USA - INCLUDES GLOBAL TRAVEL ABOUT FLIGHTSTORY We are a media and investment company, and we are on a mission to elevate the stories, build the communities, and support the founders that inspire a happier, healthier humanity. We scale creator-led media, ventures and communities. MISSION To own the technical capture of The Diary of a CEO — the picture and sound of every recording, anywhere in the world. This person leads the crew who deliver it, so that every episode is captured flawlessly, at the show’s elite technical and editorial standard, with zero unforced errors. A hands-on hybrid of Director of Photography, Technical Director, and Audio Mixer, this is the person who guarantees that what happens in the room is captured perfectly in image, sound, and atmosphere, while keeping the recording environment calm, intimate, and uncompromised. OUTCOMES Flawless capture: Every DOAC recording is captured at broadcast-grade quality across picture, sound, and look, right the first time, with nothing lost, mistracked, or compromised. The room protected: The intimacy and calm of every recording is preserved; the capture operation is never seen and never heard. Consistency everywhere: Every shoot, in every market, looks and sounds unmistakably like DOAC, whether run personally or with crew sourced cold. A crew that holds the bar: Freelance technical crew, wherever they are hired, deliver to the DOAC standard under clear direction. Marginal gains, every week: Image, sound, setup, and workflow get measurably better through a relentless 1% improvement habit. RESPONSIBILITY 1. Technical Capture & Floor Execution Own the picture and sound of every recording, operating as DP, Technical Director, and Audio Mixer across DOAC’s multi-camera setup. Run the camera package personally, covering lighting, framing, exposure, and look, and direct camera operators to the DOAC standard. Operate the switcher and the live multi-camera cut, managing ISO records and multi-format delivery. Run sound recording across mics, levels, and a clean, broadcast-grade audio capture for every guest, every segment. 2. Crew Leadership & Quality Bar Build and direct freelance technical crew across camera, technical direction, sound, and specialist roles, holding the craft standard on who works on DOAC. Source and vet crew in unfamiliar markets, exercising the taste to judge an unknown operator, mixer, or TD cold and hold them to the bar. Brief and run the crew on the day so the whole capture team operates as one calibrated unit, accountable to DOAC’s technical and editorial standards. 3. The Room: Discretion, Intimacy & Judgment Protect the recording environment. DOAC conversations are sensitive and high-trust, and the capture operation must never disturb that. Enforce the “neither seen nor heard” doctrine. Crew invisibility is the baseline standard, not the aspiration. Read the room and exercise judgment in real time, knowing when to move, when to hold, and when a technical need yields to the moment in front of the guest. Ensure every guest’s in-studio experience is flawless and undisturbed, from arrival through wrap . 4. Global Production & Travel Travel with the show to LA, NYC, London, and anywhere DOAC records, running capture personally on the road, often at short notice. Stand up technical capture in any market, covering equipment logistics, freight, local crew, and setup, holding the same standard wherever the show shoots. Maintain consistency across geographies so that every recording, wherever it happens, looks and sounds like DOAC. 5. Post-Production Craft Bring proficient-to-expert post skills across video editing, sound mixing, and Photoshop, to inform capture decisions upstream and to execute when needed. Capture for the edit, shooting and recording with a deep understanding of how material is cut, graded, and mixed downstream. Partner with Post to close the loop between capture and delivery, eliminating problems at source rather than fixing them in the edit. 6. Details, Marginal Gains & Continuous Improvement Obsess over the 1%, committing to marginal gains in image, sound, setup, and workflow every single week. Own the technical setup, evolving the camera, switching, and sound systems, tools, and infrastructure at the capture level. Introduce and evaluate new technologies, including AI tools, to raise capture quality and speed, and contribute to DOAC’s production experimentation engine. 7. Partnership & Operating Cadence Partner with the Head of Production & Production Manager. They own logistics, budget, and coordination; the Video Producer owns the technical craft and the capture itself. Operate inside the production plan, delivering flawless capture against the schedule, crew, and resources the production team sets, and flagging technical needs and risks early. COMPETENCIES Hybrid technical mastery: Genuine craft as a DP and operator, a Technical Director who can run a live multi-camera switcher, and an audio mixer who can run sound recording, all in one person. Proficient in Post-Production across video editing, sound mixing, and Photoshop, to inform capture decisions upstream and fill in gaps in edits, thumbnail designs, and supporting assets as needed. Editorial and emotional intelligence: Exceptional discretion, able to read the room and operate invisibly inside sensitive, high-trust conversations. Detail and follow-through: Obsessive about the small things and driven by a marginal-gains mindset, never satisfied with “good enough.” Decision velocity under pressure: Makes the right technical call fast, in the moment, calmly and reliably in a zero-error environment. Craft leadership: Builds, directs, and holds a freelance crew to the standard, including in markets the team has never worked in before. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE A seasoned multi-camera technical operator with minimum 5 years experience — a true DP, Technical Director, and sound mixer hybrid — with demonstrated experience capturing at DOAC’s technical complexity, including multi-camera, live switching, ISO records, multi-format delivery, and broadcast-grade sound. Proven on the road, building and directing crews in unfamiliar markets and managing the realities of international capture, including kit travel, freight, local crew, and time zones. Proficient-to-expert in post-production, covering video editing, sound mixing, and Photoshop. Discreet, unflappable, and detail-obsessed, with the emotional intelligence to protect the intimacy of a sensitive recording. Energised by a fast-paced, high-expectation, in-person environment and willing to travel globally with the show.

MARKETING DIRECTOR COMPANY: FLIGHTSTORY REPORTING TO: CEO / CO-FOUNDER LOCATION: LONDON ABOUT FLIGHTSTORY We are a media and investment company, and we are on a mission to elevate the stories, build the communities, and support the founders that inspire a happier, healthier humanity. We scale creator-led media, ventures and communities. ROLE MISSION Grow our shows. You'll build and lead the marketing engine behind FlightStory's portfolio of creator-led podcasts, turning great episodes into growing, owned audiences - not just views. You'll set the strategy for how each show acquires and keeps its audience, build the team that runs it, and make the whole system smarter with every campaign. KEY OUTCOMES Grow audience across the show portfolio - this is the core measure of success. Shift audiences from "rented" (platform reach) to owned - email, community, CRM - so growth compounds instead of resetting every episode. Turn first-party data into a real advantage: use what we learn from each campaign to make the next one sharper. Build guest campaigns that convert a big name's fanbase into ours - think a Matthew McConaughey episode becoming a structured acquisition play, not just a good release day. Grow community and events as a genuine growth channel (think our Begin Again Coffee Rave’s), funded through smart brand and sponsor partnerships rather than big budgets. Build and lead a lean, high-output marketing function - managing Heads of Marketing, who manage marketing executives across community, product and CRM. Prove that innovative ideas beat expensive budgets: our best campaigns have landed national press for a few thousand pounds, or gone viral for organically off the back of the right relationship and timing - set that bar! Run a fast test-and-learn culture: know what's worth testing, what to scale, what to kill. CORE COMPETENCIES Track record turning rented reach into owned, first-party audiences. Hands-on experience with CRM and community as acquisition and retention channels, not just brand campaigns. Comfortable operating with leaner budgets and big ideas - creativity is the resource, not spend. Experience leading a marketing function through people - managing managers, not just running your own campaigns. Data-led decision making, with first-party data actually changing what you do next. An instinct for talent and guest marketing - how to attract someone else's audience into your own. YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF You've run a marketing function inside a brand or startup, or worked agency-side at pace - or ideal experience in both. You want to be hands-on as well as strategic; this isn't a seat where you only set direction. You get energy from doing more with less, rather than relying on the budget to make an impact. You want to build and lead a team, and set the standard the rest of the team works to. You like the idea of marketing shows and creators the way a record label markets an artist, or an agency markets talent. IDEAL BACKGROUND You are a senior marketing leader with a track record of growing audiences in media, entertainment, the creator economy, or consumer brands - ideally with experience both inside a brand/startup and in an agency environment. We'd also love to hear from people with campaign marketing backgrounds, talent/IP marketing at agencies, sports or football club marketing, or culture-led D2C brands. You should have led a team through other managers, and be genuinely comfortable working to high creative expectations at pace.

SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER - INTERNAL CREATOR TECHNOLOGY COMPANY : STEVEN.COM REPORTING TO : Director of Innovation, Internal Tech Products (ITO) LOCATION: LONDON ABOUT STEVEN.COM Steven.com is building the operating system for the creator economy, forecast to pass a trillion dollars by the early 2030's. This industry is currently held back by fragmented tools and a lack of professional infrastructure. Steven.com is the unlock. We are the end-to-end Operating System designed to scale what is irreplaceably human. We have built proprietary technology and obsessed teams to identify and scale the highest-potential creators across our core pillars: Creator Media: Amplifying reach, influence, and trust Creator Community: Transforming audiences into connected tribes Creator Products: Providing creators with the infrastructure to build and back aligned products and ventures Powered by Creator Tech & Intelligence: A proprietary data and technology suite that fuels smarter decisions and drives innovation across the entire flywheel ROLE MISSION Our Internal Creator Technology function builds the tools that power the business itself. This role owns the internal products used every day to research, produce, publish, grow audiences, and turn attention into revenue - from spec through prototype, launch, and adoption. You'll find the problem before anyone writes a ticket for it, build alongside engineers and creative AI builders, and treat adoption (not launch) as the real measure of success. KEY OUTCOMES Build a live, evidence-backed view of where time, money, and quality are lost across production, post, audience, community, commercial, and ventures teams. Own internal products end-to-end: problem statement, spec, prototype, launch, adoption, and iteration - including the scope, sequencing, and kill calls. Build AI-native by default: agentic workflows, generative media pipelines, and retrieval over the company's own content and knowledge, evaluating and rebuilding as better tools emerge. Instrument usage and drive adoption as a product problem, reporting on hours returned, workflows retired, and revenue influenced. Partner with the VP of Engineering & Applied AI and Head of Data Intelligence so internal tooling, external product, and the data layer reinforce each other. CORE COMPETENCIES Demonstrable track record shipping products end-to-end as the person accountable for the outcome. Deep hands-on fluency with AI tooling - you've built with LLMs, agentic workflows, or generative media models yourself. Comfortable in the technical detail: querying data, reading a system diagram, engaging with implementation trade-offs. Real discovery instincts: sitting with users, observing work, finding the problem behind the request. Strong written communication - a spec engineers build from, a note a producer or commercial lead acts on. YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF You start from the customer's problem and work backwards, even when they're asking for a specific feature. You believe adoption is the only real launch metric - shipped and unused is not shipped. You default to building the smallest thing that proves the idea, without compromising future scalability. You have taste - you know the difference between technically correct output and output a team would put their name on. You move fast, make decisions with conviction, and update your views when the evidence changes. IDEAL BACKGROUND Experience building for internal or professional users, where adoption is earned rather than mandated. Range across creative and commercial workflows — credible in both rooms, same day. Preferred: generative video/audio/image pipelines in production, tools for growth/sales/partnership teams, or building internal platforms/creator tooling from zero. Genuine fluency in how content actually gets made and monetised, or strong interest in media, podcasting, video, or the creator economy.

SENIOR DATA SCIENTIST COMPANY: STEVEN.COM REPORTING TO: HEAD OF DATA INTELLIGENCE LOCATION: LOS ANGELES SALARY: UP TO $185,000 ABOUT STEVEN.COM Steven.com is building the operating system for the billion-dollar creator economy. Creators are held back by fragmented distribution, rented audiences, and technology that wasn't built for them. Steven.com is the unlock — the end-to-end Operating System designed to empower, grow, and scale what is irreplaceably human. We work across four interconnected pillars: Creator Media (reach, influence, trust), Creator Community (turning audiences into connected tribes), Creator Ventures (infrastructure for creators to build and back aligned businesses), and Creator Technology & Data Intelligence - the proprietary data suite that fuels the entire flywheel. Powering all of it is our Innovation and Technology Organisation (ITO) - Steven.com 's founding technical engine, operating in stealth mode to build the data and AI infrastructure underpinning our next stage of growth. Data Intelligence sits at the core of our long-term competitive moat. ROLE MISSION We're looking for a builder to sit at the intersection of proprietary data, applied machine learning, and creative/social intelligence - building models and systems that turn one of the most unique datasets in the creator economy into insight and competitive advantage. This is hands-on and high-ownership: you'll work closely with engineering and product to translate data into decision-making tools, intelligence products, and AI-powered capabilities. KEY OUTCOMES Design, build, and deploy ML models and AI systems powering creator intelligence, audience analytics, and content performance products. Take proprietary audience and creator models from feature engineering and training through to production deployment and monitoring. Apply statistical rigour to extract actionable insight from large, complex, often unstructured datasets. Work hands-on with LLMs and foundation models - fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG, and other post-training techniques. Partner with business leaders to ensure statistical rigour underpins reporting and decision-support tools. Contribute to the team's intellectual culture via technical blogs, internal research, and conference talks. CORE COMPETENCIES Building and shipping ML/statistical models in production - not just notebooks. Strong Python fluency across the modern data science stack (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or equivalent). Operating at scale: large datasets, complex pipelines, and the engineering challenges that come with them. Working with LLMs/foundation models and applying frontier ML research to real business problems. YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF You approach problems from first principles and interrogate whether a model is the right tool before reaching for one. You're intellectually rigorous and honest - careful experiment design, appropriate scepticism, clear communication of uncertainty. You think of data as a strategic asset and connect technical work to the business questions it answers. You're energised by hard, ambiguous problems in messy, real-world environments - you don't need a clean brief to do great work. You're a builder first: you get models into production, not just into a deck. You're high ownership, low ego, and commercially minded. You're intellectually curious - you read research, build outside of work, and bring fresh thinking to the team. IDEAL BACKGROUND Demonstrable experience building and deploying ML or statistical models in production. Strong Python and relevant DS library experience. Background in consumer/enterprise data products, creator economy, or media analytics is a strong advantage. Bonus: CS/ML research background, agentic AI or multi-model architecture experience, creator/audience/community data exposure, published research or open-source contributions, or time at organisations at the frontier of applied AI.

You'll move between existing products, beta products scaling up, and outright moonshots, defining ambiguous problems and turning them into scalable technical solutions without waiting for a spec. KEY OUTCOMES Build products and systems from scratch, end to end, across frontend, backend, and infrastructure Ship features with real attention to user experience, performance, and reliability Lead major technical decisions in your domain, making principled speed-vs-quality tradeoffs Prototype fast, run experiments, and iterate on user feedback and product signals Integrate AI/ML tools, LLM-based systems, and intelligent APIs into core product experiences Own systems in production: debugging, performance tuning, reliability Work directly with the CITO, VP of Engineering, and Product on features, strategy, and roadmap CORE COMPETENCIES Proficient in modern full-stack development: TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, JavaScript Experience with Google Cloud or other cloud infrastructure: provisioning, scaling, cost management Can design scalable abstractions, distributed systems, and resilient infrastructure Solid grasp of databases (SQL and NoSQL), APIs, and data modelling Hands-on experience with AI/ML systems or LLM-based application development Genuinely comfortable working end to end across the stack YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF You take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks You have a bias toward action and ship without waiting for perfect information Ambiguity and shifting priorities energise you rather than intimidate you You're a pragmatic decision-maker who balances speed and scalability consciously You think like a mini-founder: you define the problem rather than wait to be handed one You switch comfortably between leading and executing, whatever the moment needs IDEAL BACKGROUND Track record shipping full-stack products in a small, high-velocity, early-stage environment Comfortable owning full systems: databases, APIs, UI, and infrastructure Real hands-on experience applying AI/ML or LLMs inside a production product, not just experimenting with them We weight demonstrated project work and portfolio over titles or years of experience

Each pillar feeds the next. The result is a flywheel that compounds over time and bets on human creation at its core. ROLE MISSION The most senior individual contributor engineering seat at Steven.com . You set the technical bar for the whole engineering team, own architecture for the ITO's hardest and highest-stakes systems, and make the calls that don't have a committee to hide behind. Reporting to the CITO and partnering closely with the VP of Engineering & Applied AI, you own technical depth while they own execution and people. Founding team role. What you build in year one shapes the product for years. KEY OUTCOMES Own the architecture of Steven.com 's most complex systems, from design through production and long-term evolution Set the engineering standards, patterns, and abstractions the rest of the team builds on Architect the AI-native core of the product: LLM-powered workflows, intelligent pipelines, and agentic systems that don't exist yet Make the final call on high-stakes design decisions and catch systemic risk before it becomes debt or downtime Mentor senior and junior engineers, raise the bar through code review and architectural conversation Turn ambiguous product bets into concrete technical plans with clear tradeoffs, working directly with CITO, VP Eng, and Product CORE COMPETENCIES Track record of designing and shipping complex, large-scale distributed systems in production, not just contributing to someone else's Deep full-stack proficiency: TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, and Google Cloud/AWS Real experience architecting AI/ML systems, LLM applications, or intelligent pipelines at production scale Comfortable reasoning across levels of abstraction at once, from API design to infrastructure to product Sharp written communication, documentation a team can build from and an exec can understand YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF You see the whole system and never touch a component without understanding what it's connected to You reason from first principles, not analogy, and you'll challenge inherited architecture if the foundations are wrong You know when to be precise and when to be fast, and you make that call on purpose You have a real point of view on where AI infrastructure is heading You treat architectural decisions as close to permanent, so you document them properly and don't make them lightly You're intellectually honest: you push back early, surface problems fast, and change your mind when the evidence says to IDEAL BACKGROUND Founding engineer, staff engineer, or technical lead at a startup or high-growth company CS or ML research background with production research experience Published research, open source work, conference talks, or other visible engineering community contribution We care less about titles, years, and pedigree, and more about the systems you can point to and defend end to end

GENERAL MANAGER COMPANY: FLIGHTSTORY REPORTING TO: CEO/Co-Founder & CRO/Co-Founder LOCATION: LONDON (In-Person First) ABOUT FLIGHTSTORY We are a media and investment company, and we are on a mission to elevate the stories, build the communities, and support the founders that inspire a happier, healthier humanity. We scale creator-led media, ventures and communities. ROLE MISSION FlightStory has already proven the media blueprint. We're now looking for the operational heartbeat of that engine - someone who takes strategy across brand, content, revenue and marketing and turns it into focused, sequenced, resourced execution. You decide what happens first, who does it, and what earns its place in the sequence, keeping the whole engine moving at the standard our brands deserve. This is a role about discipline, prioritisation, and momentum: the craft of how strategy gets delivered. KEY OUTCOMES Turn strategy into sequenced, resourced delivery plans - creating clarity on what's happening, in what order, and what's deliberately being saved for later. Design and run the weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating cadence across short form, long form, marketing, revenue, and experimentation, with clear decision thresholds and ownership. Own resource allocation and spend decisions within your remit - put people, budget, and time where they compound most, reallocating fast when the evidence says so. Bring operational truth to every decision: what's deliverable, by when, at what cost - killing losing bets cheaply and doubling down fast on what works. Champion AI, automation, and efficiency tooling across the engine, and run experimentation on a cadence so weak ideas die fast and wins scale across formats. Hire, develop, and retain teams under your remit, raising talent density and protecting culture as the engine's biggest asset. CORE COMPETENCIES Multi-function leadership across marketing, content production, brand partnerships, and social at scale. Prioritisation and sequencing under pressure, with incomplete information - and the ability to show your working. Designing and running an operating cadence that keeps a multi-team org focused and moving. Resource allocation and spend judgement - investor-like criteria, fast reallocation, sharp sense of ROI, without owning the full P&L. Deciding under pressure between strong teams with strong opinions, and managing upward with options and clear recommendations. Commercial fluency across brand partnerships, subscriptions, product, and content, and a bias toward data over guesswork. YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF You're energised by being the operational heartbeat - turning strategy into shipped work is the job you want, not a stepping stone. You can hold the middle between co-founders and multiple talented teams with clarity, composure, and optimism. You're genuinely excited by what AI and new tools make possible, and love bringing that edge into a business. You give clear, kind feedback regardless of seniority, and create a culture where challenge is welcomed and accountability follows every decision. You believe in killing the guesswork - testing to remove bias and letting data drive the call. You move with a bias to action but think long term - deciding fast and correcting fast. You're direct, decisive, and low-ego: you make calls, own them, and change them when the evidence does. IDEAL BACKGROUND 10+ years of operating leadership in fast-moving media, content, or creator businesses. Track record running execution across competing teams - production, marketing, commercial - and delivering the plan. Direct experience designing and running a rapid operating cadence. Experience owning budgets and making spend/allocation decisions against a plan, with discipline in reallocating. Hands-on experience adopting AI, automation, or efficiency tooling that measurably lifted a team's output. Comfortable in founder-led culture, reporting to more than one principal.
