Adams Street Partners

Adams Street Partners (“Adams Street”) is a global private markets investment manager that has nearly $76 billion* in assets under management. The firm is 100% employee-owned, which fosters a positive and unique culture of collaboration, intellectual rigor, integrity, and a commitment to professional development. For the eighth year in a row, Adams Street was named one of Pension & Investments’ Best Places to Work in Money Management in 2025. Employees operate as a single global team, integrating the expertise of the firm’s investment professionals across five strategies: primary investments, secondary investments, growth equity, private credit, and co-investments. Adams Street is considered a private markets pioneer and was inducted into the Private Equity Hall of Fame in 2000. The firm was founded more than 50 years ago, and clients include leading public and corporate pension plans, foundations, endowments, insurance companies, registered investment advisors, and high net worth individuals worldwide. Adams Street has offices in Abu Dhabi, Austin, Beijing, Boston, Chicago, Hong Kong, London, Munich, Menlo Park, New York, Seoul, Singapore, Sydney, Tokyo and Toronto. * As of June 30, 2026. Adams Street Partners’ methodology to calculate Assets Under Management (AUM) is based on fund net asset value (NAV), plus unfunded commitments, plus leverage, but excluding the effect of subscription lines of credit. The prior AUM methodology was based on investor commitments minus commitments to fully liquidated underlying partnerships. Such change in methodology was effective July 2026; however, for periods shown prior to December 31, 2025, Adams Street continues to use the previous methodology. This updated methodology more closely aligns with (i) the amount of assets managed on behalf of investors and (ii) the amount of capital available to make direct and/or partnership investments. Amounts stated by investment advisers in regulatory filings (“regulatory AUM”) have a prescribed methodology, which may, in some circumstances, differ from the methodology such adviser uses for other purposes, including marketing efforts. Additional information is available upon request. The Opportunity This is a rare chance to launch your investment career at the heart of one of the most established primary investment franchises in private markets. As an Analyst on our London Primary Investments Team, you will sit alongside experienced investors evaluating the best private equity and venture capital funds in Europe and beyond – the managers backing the companies shaping the future economy. From day one, you will be a genuine member of the deal team: forming a view on managers, interrogating track records, and helping decide where our clients’ capital is committed. You will gain exposure across the full breadth of private markets – buyout, growth, and venture, across geographies and sectors – building the judgement and network that define a long-term career as an investor. What You’ll Do Evaluate investment opportunities – assess private equity and venture capital funds, forming a view on manager quality, strategy, and the durability of their edge. Dig into the numbers – analyse fund and portfolio performance, track records, value creation, and attribution to understand what truly drives returns. Build the investment case – contribute your analysis and conclusions directly to investment memoranda that go in front of our investment committee. Develop market intelligence – build a proprietary, forward-looking view of managers, sectors, and themes across European private markets, becoming a genuine expert in your coverage areas. Conduct due diligence – play a hands-on role in researching and interrogating new opportunities, working directly with GPs and the broader market. Partner across the firm – collaborate with investment colleagues globally and engage with clients and managers, building the relationships that are central to this industry. Who We’re Looking For We are looking for a bright, ambitious, and intellectually curious individual excited to build a career as a private markets investor. You will likely have: A curious, driven and self-motivated outlook and be able to demonstrate these qualities through a record of achievement, whether academic, professional or self-directed. Sharp analytical ability and strong written communication, with confidence in Excel and PowerPoint. Proficiency in the use of AI tools to enhance research, analysis and productivity is also expected. A collaborative approach – someone who thinks creatively, and thrives as part of a team. Founders Forum Group

Founders Forum Group is an event-powered community and family of businesses supporting innovative entrepreneurs at every stage of their journeys. Founded in 2005, our invite-only forums unite founders, investors, corporate and government leaders to tackle era-defining questions in iconic locations across the globe. Founders Forum Events is now hiring a high-agency, relationship-obsessed operator to lead and grow our presence across the US as a pivotal member of the team. Working as a trusted extension of the events team, you'll be embedded within the Founders Forum ecosystem, operating closely with Carolyn Dawson (our Group CEO) and collaborating hand-in-glove with our Head of Forums & Ecosystems, Content, and Event Production teams, as well as collaborating with Brent Hoberman (our Executive Chairman & Co-Founder). We've hosted many of the world's most influential leaders at our events, founders like Elon Musk, Daniel Ek, Sir Demis Hassabis, Sir Richard Branson, Dylan Field and Evan Spiegel; global CEOs and investors including Eric Schmidt, Jamie Dimon, Sheryl Sandberg, Sir Michael Moritz, Rene Haas, and Ben Horowitz; and leaders and cultural icons such as President Emmanuel Macron, HRH The Prince of Wales, Queen Rania of Jordan, Sir David Attenborough, Sir Jony Ive, Emma Watson, Sacha Baron Cohen, James Corden, Lando Norris, and Sir Mo Farah, earning us nicknames like "Super Bowl for Tech" and "Digital Davos." This is a newly created, US-based role at a pivotal moment for FF in the region. We already have a real US footprint, including our flagship yearly FF North America event in NYC and our recent AI retreat in San Francisco alongside HumanX, and we're looking for someone to build on that foundation, deepen our roots in the US tech and investor ecosystem, and turn one-off US moments into an always-on network. As our first US hire on the ground, you'll also be central to growing FF commercially in the region and to shaping what a broader US events portfolio looks like. Critically, this isn't a US-only mandate. The US is one of the world's leading tech and innovation markets, and this role exists to make sure the relationships built here don't stay siloed to US events. You'll be the connective thread that brings the best of US tech, founders, operators, investors, and policymakers, into FF's global stage, especially FF Global in London, giving our flagship events a genuinely global lens and giving US principals a reason to engage with FF well beyond a single US touchpoint. You'll drive speaker strategy for our flagship events and engage in high-profile relationship-building. This role is uniquely positioned at the heart of the group's US operations, ensuring a gold standard for keynotes, world-class speakers, and VIP engagement, from global tech founders and Fortune 100 CEOs to cultural icons and heads of state. This is a highly entrepreneurial role for someone with a love of tech, exceptional hustle, and a track record of building senior relationships in the US market. You'll combine creative outreach planning and dealmaking with white-glove stewardship, and a force-multiplier across the Founders Forum ecosystem, on both sides of the Atlantic. What You'll Do • US Pipeline Ownership: Lead the pipeline of top-tier US speakers and VIPs across FF's priority events, including FF North America and the SF/HumanX-style retreats and beyond, mapping power networks and unlocking paths to "yes" through FFG's ecosystem, including Carolyn's and Brent's personal networks. • Global Plug-In: Identify which US relationships have the strongest fit for FF's global stage, particularly FF Global in London, and build the pathways, outreach, and stewardship needed to bring key US principals into our international events, not just our US ones. • Commercial & Sponsorship Development: Drive commercial discussions with potential sponsors and partners for our US events, working with the wider commercial team to convert relationships into revenue and long-term partnerships. • New Event Development: Help identify, shape, and launch new FF events in the US market. As our first US hire on the ground, for smaller-scale events this may mean end-to-end delivery, from concept and commercial development through to on-site execution. • Creative Dealmaking: Tailor a compelling outreach strategy, value propositions, and bespoke outreach for world-class US prospects, working directly with Carolyn Dawson and our Head of Forums & Ecosystems, and looping in Brent Hoberman for specific high-value relationships where his insight is needed. • Multi-Channel Outreach: Leverage warm intros from across FFG, including Carolyn's and Brent's networks, our Head of Forums & Ecosystems, the partnership team, LPs, founders, elite agents, and more, delivering senior, outcome-focused, high-conversion communication tailored to the US market. • VIP Experience: Deliver white-glove, end-to-end handling of principals and their teams across US and international events, marshalling tight security, logistics, briefings, and on-site management, anticipating needs and acting as a problem-solver for our most important guests. • Content & Agenda Alignment: Partner closely with our Head of Forums & Ecosystems and the Content & Program teams to align US speakers to meaningful themes across both US and global events, developing innovative formats and crafting moments with high impact, resonance, and editorial integrity. • Partnerships and Ecosystem Leverage: Activate relationships with US tech leaders, funds, corporates, government, and cultural institutions to unlock speaker access, and build the bridge between the US ecosystem and FFG's global network. • Research and Intelligence: Maintain a dynamic map of relevant US networks, including EAs, comms teams, policy staff, and key gatekeepers, spotting timely opportunities, tracking moves, and building lasting rapport across the region. Requirements Required • 3–5 years in a relationship-driven role with senior stakeholder exposure in the US market, e.g. event/conference production, journalist, VIP relations, chief of staff, executive engagement, investor relations, strategic partnerships, head of comms, or government relations. • Demonstrable success securing senior speakers, talent, or strategic meetings within the US tech and investor ecosystem; strong references for judgment, discretion, and delivery under pressure. • A genuine love of tech and startups; you track the US ecosystem closely and can speak credibly to frontier themes (e.g. AI, climate tech, biotech, fintech, defence tech, policy). • Elite relationship-building skills and an existing personal network within US tech, VC, and founder circles; you earn trust quickly with principals and gatekeepers; you're respectful, persistent, and outcome-oriented. • Creative dealmaking instinct: inventive hooks, tailored pitches, and smart sequencing of intros to unlock hard-to-reach people. • Operational excellence: meticulous logistics, clear comms, accurate reporting, fast follow-through, and on-site calm when the stakes are highest, across time zones and geographies. • Outcome-driven and comfortable working to ambitious KPIs. • Excellent written communication: concise, senior, and on-brand. • Low-ego: you bring a "no task is too small or big" mindset. Preferred • Experience working with high-profile principals, founders, VCs, family offices, agents, or government leaders in the US. • Familiarity with the global tech and investor landscape, ideally with existing relationships or context spanning the US, UK, and Europe, given this role's part in connecting US relationships to FFG's global events. • Comfortable using CRM tools and light research tooling; strong reporting discipline and pipeline hygiene. • Willingness and ability to travel internationally, including to FF Global (London) and other flagship FFG events. About the Role Longevity is moving from niche to mainstream, with advances in science, diagnostics and preventative health letting us measure, understand and act earlier on ageing and wellbeing - yet for most people, it still feels confusing and out of reach. The Longevity Show launched in London this June, the UK's first major event dedicated to making the science, experts, technologies and experiences of longevity accessible to everyone. The inaugural event at Tobacco Dock drew 3,000+ onsite attendees from 50+ countries, 160+ speakers across 4 main stages, 100+ partners, and a sold-out expo. 85% of attendees and 87% of sponsors/partners rated the experience very good or excellent, and over 70% of both groups said they would return in 2027. With the success of the launch, we're now scaling into the US, due to take place at the Javits Center in New York from 21st - 22nd May 2027. This is one of the most exciting next steps for the business: taking a proven, sold-out UK format and building it into a flagship show in the world's most active longevity market. We are looking for a highly commercial, relationship driven US-based leader to be our first Event Lead for the US market. This is a rare opportunity to shape and lead the Show's US presence from the ground up. The role is broad by design. You will need to be equally comfortable setting strategy, building deep industry relationships, driving commercial outcomes, and getting into the detail of event planning and execution. What You'll Do US Sponsorship & Partnership Development Own and grow the pipeline of US sponsors, partners and exhibitors for The Longevity Show, identifying new prospects across longevity, biohacking, health tech, wellness, pharma, insurance and consumer health brands. Build tailored partnership packages and commercial proposals, supporting the UK sales team with outreach, pitching and negotiation through to signed contracts. Track and report pipeline progress, revenue against target, and partner satisfaction, feeding this into the Event Director's overall commercial plan. Content & Programming Work with the Content Lead in London to identify and secure high-profile US speakers for the show's programme. Feed US market intelligence, trends, and audience insight into programming decisions Help shape sessions and content formats that resonate with a US longevity audience and attract the right talent to the stage Coordinate with Founders Forum's broader US team and network to unlock warm introductions. Feed US market insight back into programme and content planning. Event Strategy & Planning Act as the primary point of contact on US soil for the venue (Javits Center), suppliers, contractors and local vendors. Support the UK team with operational planning for the US show, including exhibitor management, logistics and production schedules. Lead onsite delivery in New York, coordinating with suppliers, partners and the wider team to ensure a seamless attendee, sponsor and exhibitor experience across event days. Flag risks, gaps and market-specific requirements early, bringing local knowledge (permits, unions, venue rules, US Health & Safety/insurance norms) to operational planning. Market Presence & Relationship Management Develop long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, local media and brands that give the show credibility and reach in the US. Represent The Longevity Show in the US longevity, wellness and health-tech ecosystem between events, building the brand's local profile and reputation. Maintain a live map of relevant US partners, brands, agencies and exhibitors, and keep a pulse on the US longevity/biohacking market, competitor events and emerging trends. Requirements Required 5+ years of experience as a commercial or event leader, ideally within the US market. Proven track record of closing sponsorship, partnership or exhibitor deals and hitting commercial targets. Comfortable working as the sole on-the-ground US team member, operating independently day-to-day while reporting into a UK-based Event Director. Hands-on and operationally minded: equally happy building a sponsorship deck as coordinating a loading dock schedule onsite. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders (CMOs, brand leads, founders) on commercial terms. Excellent organisation and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple partner relationships and deadlines at once. Willingness to travel, including to London for planning and team alignment, and flexibility around key event dates (London: 16-17 April 2027; New York: May 21-22 2027). Preferred Existing relationships or network within the longevity, biohacking, health tech, wellness or consumer health brand space in the US. Experience helping launch a new event or exhibition in a new market. Genuine interest in longevity, biohacking and proactive health. Based in, or willing to relocate to, New York or the greater NY area. Benefits To be discussed. As part of the Founders Forum Group family, you'll also get access to the wider FFG network of businesses and tech ecosystem, and the opportunity to attend flagship Founders Forum events in the UK and US.

We believe our best work happens when we’re together. AV operates as a 5-day-a-week, in-office culture because collaboration, mentorship, and shared momentum matter. About the Role The Senior Partner plays a critical role in Alumni Ventures’ growth: turning prospective investors into first-time AV investors and creating the foundation for long-term relationships. Reporting to the EVP of Nurture Marketing as part of the Investor Conversion Pillar, you will own inbound and warm prospect conversations from qualification through close. You’ll serve as an internal expert on high-quality investor calls, quickly understanding what brought each prospect to AV, what they want from venture exposure, and which AV offering best fits their goals. This is a solution-selling role, not a scripted sales role. Prospects come to AV with different motivations — from accessing compelling individual deals to building diversified venture exposure — and you’ll adapt the conversation accordingly. Depending on the investor, that could mean a syndicate deal, an Alumni Fund, a Focused Fund, or the Foundation Fund. Your first priority is zero-to-one conversion: helping a net-new prospect make their first AV investment. Just as important, you’ll establish the trust and understanding that can support a long-term, annual-allocation relationship, which our Relationship Management team will carry forward. What You’ll Do Own inbound and warm prospect and investor calls end to end, from qualification through close. Prioritize zero-to-one conversion, helping net-new prospects make their first AV investment while establishing a strong foundation for the Relationship Management team to build on. Quickly identify each prospect’s motivations and adapt your approach in real time rather than relying on a fixed talk track. Use active listening and thoughtful discovery to understand what an investor wants from venture exposure, then connect those needs to the appropriate AV offering. Listen for buying signals, hesitation, and objections, adjusting the conversation to help prospects make informed decisions with confidence. Communicate AV’s “see the deal, then decide” approach, helping prospects understand the investment opportunity and access available through AV before asking them to make a broader commitment. Maintain disciplined follow-through by accurately documenting call outcomes, prospect insights, and next steps in HubSpot and actively advancing your book of leads. Partner with Marketing and Nurture teams to share feedback on lead quality and help improve the messaging and education prospects receive before reaching a Senior Partner. Contribute to the continued development of Senior Partner coaching, call-quality standards, and performance practices as the Investor Conversion Pillar grows. Use AI tools to strengthen prospect research and call preparation, synthesize relevant information, and create timely, personalized follow-up while applying sound judgment to every investor interaction. Who You Are You bring 7+ years of experience in a closing sales role, ideally involving financial services, investment products, or another high-consideration, relationship-driven sale. You are a strong verbal communicator who can build trust, sustain engagement, and guide nuanced conversations effectively over the phone. You listen before recommending. You are skilled at diagnosing what a prospect actually needs and matching your approach to different motivations, levels of investment experience, and buying signals. You are comfortable adapting in real time when a conversation takes an unexpected direction rather than relying on a prescribed script. You can learn and speak credibly about venture capital, fund structures, and portfolio construction, or have demonstrated the ability to quickly develop fluency in complex products. You can maintain a high volume of prospect conversations without sacrificing call quality, accurate documentation, or follow-through. You are comfortable receiving specific coaching based on call recordings and performance data and putting that feedback into practice. You have experience using HubSpot or a comparable CRM for pipeline management, call documentation, and follow-up. You actively use AI tools to improve how you work, including prospect research, call preparation, and follow-up, while applying your own judgment to the output. Experience selling to retail or high-net-worth accredited investors is preferred. Familiarity with syndications, SPVs, or other alternative investment products is preferred. A Note to Candidates We recognize that talent comes from many backgrounds. If you're excited about this opportunity and believe you'd be successful in the role, we encourage you to apply—even if your experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification listed above. Alumni Ventures

About Alumni Ventures Alumni Ventures is one of the world’s most active venture capital platforms, with $1.4B+ in assets raised and investments in 1,600+ companies. Our network of 850,000+ members and 40+ dedicated investors connects accredited individuals to high-quality venture deals—typically reserved for institutions—through our alumni-driven communities and diversified co-investment strategy. With offices in Boston, New York, Chicago, Menlo Park, Manchester, NH, London and Tokyo we’re rapidly growing and committed to fueling entrepreneurial success while developing the next generation of VC professionals.

We believe our best work happens when we’re together. AV operates as a 5-day-a-week, in-office culture because collaboration, mentorship, and shared momentum matter. About the Role The Senior Account Executive, Investment Sales plays a critical role in Alumni Ventures’ growth: turning prospective investors into first-time AV investors and creating the foundation for long-term relationships. With offices in Boston, New York, Chicago, Menlo Park, Manchester, NH, London and Tokyo we’re rapidly growing and committed to fueling entrepreneurial success while developing the next generation of VC professionals. We believe our best work happens when we’re together. AV operates as a 5-day-a-week, in-office culture because collaboration, mentorship, and shared momentum matter. About the Role Alumni Ventures’ marketing team is focused on converting prospective retail investors into customers across our venture capital funds and deal syndicates. Lifecycle nurture across email, SMS, web, and video is a pivotal part of that work, alongside webinars, landing pages, and other digital channels. Reporting to the Senior Director of Nurture & Web, the Jr. Marketing Specialist will help turn that strategy into consistent, high-quality execution. You’ll be a hands-on builder and content steward, initially focused on building and QAing HubSpot emails, auditing our growing library of automated nurture content, and making sure updates are accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time. This is an opportunity to build a strong foundation in lifecycle and digital marketing while contributing directly to AV’s investor conversion funnel. As you develop fluency in our tools, content, and audiences, you’ll expand beyond email into areas including web, SMS, video, analytics, and SEO and become an increasingly cross-channel contributor to our revenue engine. What You’ll Do Build and QA HubSpot emails to specification, ensuring they meet AV’s brand, copy, formatting, and quality standards. Develop a strong understanding of AV’s email library, including the purpose, audience, content, triggers, and role each email plays in the prospect and investor journey. Continuously audit and proof automated nurture emails for accuracy, consistency, and quality. Draft and refine email content in partnership with assigned stakeholders and route work through Wrike or similar project management tools for review and approval. Maintain a calendar of scheduled email updates and deliver changes accurately and on time. Respond quickly to ad hoc changes needed across live automated emails while maintaining a high bar for quality. Learn and apply established build patterns so execution remains consistent and scalable as marketing volume grows. Over time, expand your contributions into email analytics, website content and SEO, SMS sends in Salesmessage, and video assets in Vidyard. As your fluency grows, partner more directly with writers and designers on cross-channel content and help identify upstream data-quality issues that affect execution. Who You Are You’re early in your marketing career, with 0–2 years of experience in marketing operations, email marketing, or a related coordinator or associate role; strong internship experience is welcome. You have strong attention to detail and a track record of catching errors before work goes live. You’re comfortable learning new technology quickly. Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, Salesmessage, Vidyard, Wrike, or comparable email, CMS, SMS, video, and project management platforms is helpful but not required across every tool. You’re a fast learner who can pick up new marketing concepts—including email analytics and SEO—and put them into practice. You communicate clearly in writing and can effectively incorporate direction and feedback from multiple stakeholders. You’re comfortable working across email, web, SMS, and video rather than limiting yourself to a single marketing discipline. You’re AI-forward and comfortable working with different AI models and tools, using them alongside your own judgment to make builds, audits, and content work faster and more effective. Exposure to financial services, investing, or another regulated or compliance-reviewed marketing environment is a plus. Familiarity with Google Workspace or Canva is also a plus. A Note to Candidates We recognize that talent comes from many backgrounds.
