PSV

We’re looking for a Brand & Communications Assistant (student role) to help tell the stories of PSV and the startup founders we invest in. Who we are At PSV, we back founders who build companies that matter. We operate as a venture house: a collective of funds designed to strengthen both the tech startups we invest in and the ecosystem they grow in. With 25 years of early stage investments and nearly 500 startup journeys behind us, we have plenty of stories to tell. But don’t worry… you don’t need a background in venture capital, or any other kind of finance. If you bring your curiosity and full stack of communication skills, then we’ll share heaps of industry knowledge along the way. The role You’ll be part of a small but high-impact Brand & Communications team, where your job is to help turn complexity into clarity. That could mean telling a founder’s story, making a new technology easier to understand or explaining why European tech sovereignty matters. You’ll work across both strategy and execution, helping shape how we communicate and position ourselves while bringing those ideas to life through tasks such as: Content and storytelling: Writing and developing content for PSV and our portfolio companies, including founder stories, investment announcements, thought leadership and press releases. Brand and visual communication: Helping keep our tone of voice and visual identity consistent including designing content, building presentation decks etc. Communication planning: Supporting the translation of brand and communication strategies into strong initiatives and activations. Events: Helping plan and execute events that bring founders, investors and the wider ecosystem together. In short: you'll get to do a bit of everything and can expect real responsibility from day one, with sparring and feedback from the team along the way. If this fits you, you fit us We’re not looking for a perfect CV. We’re looking for potential, curiosity, and drive. You might be a good fit if you: Are preferably studying a bachelor’s degree, but master’s students are also welcome (e.g. within communication or business-related fields). We also love a good surprise, so if you come from a different background, don’t hold back. Can make our communication exciting in both Danish and English. Can work with tone of voice and bring personality into your writing. Are curious about venture, tech, and the people pushing ideas forward. Are structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks. Are visually minded, with a sense of what works (and what looks good). Know your way around tools like PowerPoint, and maybe Figma, Claude design and/or Photoshop. What it’s like working at PSV At PSV, we take our work seriously, but not ourselves. You’ll be working alongside sharp, ambitious and occasionally slightly quirky minds: People who care deeply about what they do and the footprint they leave in the world. We value curiosity and ownership, and people who can zoom out to see the bigger picture while still executing in the details. Our office is more than milestones and meetings. Lunches together, Friday bars, chats by the coffee machine, or a game of ping-pong are all a part of what makes the workplace come alive. Application Big ideas and bold people, with room for your studies. This is a 15–20 hours/week student role , with flexibility around exams and holidays. If this sounds like your kind of place, we’d love to hear from you. We review applications on an ongoing basis, so don’t wait too long.

Sr. Software Engineer and Data Scientist from Advanced Manufacturing, Defense and Aerospace WHO ARE WE Lykos is a U.S.-based advanced materials and manufacturing company building a qualification-led repair & sustainment network for defense and aerospace industries. Lykos is focused on enabling rapid repair and sustainment for critical systems through advanced materials manufacturing, distributed and modular capacity, and our secure data-layer. THE OPPORTUNITY In the role of Data + Software Lead, you will construct the secure digital infrastructure that enables Lykos’repair and sustainment model to be secure, repeatable, and scalable. You will have ownership of the digital system that serves as an immutable thread from intake, configuration, and qualification, through to process and readiness. This position demands a senior technical builder with a solid grasp of defense manufacturing and sustainment, quality assurance systems, immutable traceability, controlled data, and industrial-grade software. This is not a high-level strategy, vendor-management, or traditional CTO role. You must be prepared to write, deploy, and own every single line of code yourself before beginning to scale the engineering team. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - Build and own Lykos’ secure digital stack for dBOMs, digital passports, process-BOMs, qualification evidence, repair records, inspection data, and release workflows. - Translate Lykos’ operating model into software: one named part family, one defined damage mode, one repair/protection process, one acceptance matrix, one digital qualification package, and one measured return-to-service delta. - Develop the first production-grade system directly, including database architecture, backend APIs, operator interfaces, authentication, permissions, evidence storage, audit logs, deployment, and documentation. - Build the CUI-ready data layer required to make process-BOM and qualification data structured, searchable, traceable, and audit-ready for defense customers. - Create digital workflows for intake, triage, repair/protection, selective reproduction, inspection, qualification, release, quarantine, revocation, and requalification. - Build the evidence backend for NDT records, inspection results, photos, machine logs, material lots, calibration records, certificates, work instructions, acceptance criteria, and return-to-service documentation. - Support Lykos’ M0 / H0+H1 prototype cell by capturing the data required to prove repair quality, process repeatability, qualification readiness, and readiness improvement. - Integrate Lykos’ digital layer with internal and partner systems, including QMS, MES, PLM, NDT labs, coatings facilities, heat-treat providers, MRO partners, depot workflows, and customer data environments. - Create dashboards for lead-time reduction, repair-versus-replace economics, yield, rework, acceptance status, qualified part-family growth, readiness impact, and recurring work packages. - Establish data controls aligned with CUI, ITAR/EAR, AS9100/Nadcap-adjacent quality environments, customer proprietary information, and future GovCloud or classified-enclave requirements. - Partner with manufacturing, process engineering, quality, business development, and government stakeholders to ensure the digital system matches how parts are actually repaired, inspected, approved, and returned to service. - Build the foundation for AI-ready sustainment datasets by ensuring records are attributable, classifiable, versioned, permissioned, and tied to real process evidence. REQUIRED SKILLS - 10+ years of experience building production software or data systems, preferably in industrial, aerospace, defense, manufacturing, logistics, MRO, supply chain, or regulated environments. - Proven ability to build full-stack systems independently, including database design, backend services, APIs, user interfaces, authentication, infrastructure, testing, and deployment. - Strong understanding of data architecture, physical-asset traceability, configuration management, evidence records, audit trails, event logs, and release-state workflows. - Experience with manufacturing, sustainment, or quality systems such as QMS, MES, PLM, ERP, LIMS, SCADA, historians, maintenance systems, or digital work instruction platforms. - Ability to design data models for part families, serialized components, material lots, process windows, machines, work orders, inspection events, nonconformances, release decisions, and readiness metrics. - Strong security and compliance mindset, including role-based access, attribute-based access, encryption, audit logging, identity management, controlled data environments, and secure partner access. - Familiarity with defense or aerospace compliance expectations such as CUI, CMMC/NIST 800-171, ITAR/EAR, AS9100, Nadcap, DFARS, or equivalent regulated environments. - Comfort working directly with operators, inspectors, engineers, quality teams, depot stakeholders, government customers, and commercial partners. - Demonstrated ability to operate in early-stage, fast-moving environments where the first version must be built directly, not delegated. - Strong written communication skills and ability to create clear technical documentation for internal teams, customers, auditors, and government stakeholders. PREFERRED SKILLS - Background in defense sustainment, depot operations, aviation MRO, autonomous systems, advanced manufacturing, additive manufacturing, or critical infrastructure. - Experience building digital thread, digital passport, asset genealogy, dBOM/xBOM, SBOM, evidence vault, or supply-chain traceability systems. - Familiarity with IUID, MIL-STD-130, GS1/DataMatrix, serialized part tracking, release certificates, counterfeit-risk workflows, or controlled technical data. - Experience with PostgreSQL, Python, TypeScript, FastAPI, Next.js, object storage, OIDC, Keycloak, OPA, event buses, audit ledgers, or similar modern architecture. - Experience supporting government, defense prime, depot, or regulated commercial customer integrations. - Prior founding engineer, principal engineer, staff engineer, technical architect, or zero-to-one product leadership experience. - Ability to grow into broader technical leadership after personally building the first working digital qualification system.

ABOUT THE COMPANY Vandrel is rebuilding America's high-performance magnet wire supply chain. We design and manufacture PEEK-insulated copper conductor in modular micro-factories, producing the wire that goes into the motors, transformers, and power systems that matter most: defense and aerospace platforms, EV traction, and grid and stationary storage. Today, insulated magnet wire is produced by a short list of European and Asian suppliers. That is a problem for every US program that needs higher voltage, higher temperature, or higher power density. Our team is small, senior, and hands-on, and we are closing that gap. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - Bridge Material to System: Translate Vandrel wire’s material properties (dielectric strength, temperature rating, thinner insulation, higher slot fill) into motor-level performance deltas customers care about: continuous torque, peak power, thermal headroom, bus voltage, eLiciency, partial discharge life. - Run Customer Engineering: Work directly with design teams at defense drone and autonomy primes, aerospace motor programs, EV OEMs, industrial drives, and gridscale power electronics to get Vandrel wire designed into their systems. - Build Performance Models: Quantify the gain Vandrel wire delivers in a given motor topology through thermal, electromagnetic, and dielectric modeling. - Drive Winding Design Conversations: Own the technical dialogue on slot fill, insulation system compatibility, and hairpin versus distributed winding tradeoLs with customer engineering teams. - Define Vandrel’s First SKUs: Shape the initial product line based on real customer use cases: conductor size, insulation thickness, build class, and temperature class. Feed requirements into the process and materials roadmap. - Own Qualification and Test: Support customer qualification (HIPOT, partial discharge, thermal aging, fluid compatibility, thermal shock, vibration). Partner with process engineering to reproduce failures and harden the product. - Own the Technical Story: Build and present the narrative for why Vandrel wire wins at the chemistry, motor, and system levels. Represent Vandrel at customer reviews, technical conferences, and design-in sessions. REQUIRED SKILLS - 5+ years in motor design, electrical machines, power electronics, or traction drive engineering. - Fluency in winding design and insulation systems (magnet wire, enamel, impregnation, slot liner, phase paper). - Strong grasp of thermal and dielectric constraints in high-power motors. - Comfort across the interface between material, motor, and system: you move easily between polymer chemistry and bus voltage. - Customer-facing chops: you can run a technical review with a customer’s chief motor engineer and walk out with a next step. - Experience with defense or aerospace motor programs, 800V+ systems, or highspeed motors (above 20,000 rpm) is a plus. - Bias toward shipping. COMPENSATION AND EQUITY Compensation is benchmarked to senior motor and electrification talent at venture backed hard tech companies. Base salary is competitive and equity is material; both scale with experience and scope of ownership. For candidates with deep motor and systems credibility and the appetite to own Vandrel’s commercial-technical surface from day one, we are open to structuring this as a cofounder-level package: co-founder equity, commensurate title, and the authority that comes with it.

WHO ARE WE Vandrel is rebuilding America's high-performance magnet wire supply chain. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - Design and Run the Process: Lead development and operation of Vandrel’s pilot extrusion line for PEEK-insulated copper magnet wire across target conductor gauges, from resin handling through finished, wound-ready wire. - Own the Copper-to-PEEK Interface: Drive surface preparation, oxidation control, adhesion strategy, and bond verification. A very short list of competitors has solved this. We intend to solve it better and patent the result. - Specify and Commission Equipment: Select, source, and bring up extruders, crossheads, dies, cooling, spooling, and inline metrology. Work directly with US, European, and Asian vendors to land equipment configured for PEEK processing. - Define the Quality Envelope: Set the standards for dielectric strength, pinhole rate, elongation, partial discharge behavior, thermal cycling, and fluid compatibility, and the metrology to prove them. - Drive Yield, Throughput, and IP: Take the process from pilot through first commercial runs. Build and document Vandrel’s process IP, trade secrets, and patentable methods. - Design for Replication: Translate line design into a modular, repeatable layout that supports Vandrel’s micro-factory deployment model. - Implement Manufacturing Intelligence: Integrate AI-driven computer vision and acoustic sensors to create a 'Digital Birth Certificate' for every spool, providing meter-by-meter traceability for defense and aerospace clients. - Build the Team: Hire and lead process engineers, technicians, and quality staR. Set a technical culture where senior people run the line alongside the operators. REQUIRED SKILLS - 10+ years in polymer extrusion, wire and cable manufacturing, or high-performance coatings, with at least 5 years in a senior technical leadership role. - Hands-on experience with high-temperature thermoplastics; PEEK, PEKK, PAEK, or comparable semi-crystalline engineering polymers strongly preferred. - Demonstrated track record taking an extrusion or coating process from pilot into production, including yield, cost, and long-term reliability. - Real depth on the copper-to-polymer interface: surface prep, adhesion chemistry, thermal behavior, aging. - Ability to specify and qualify capital equipment from first principles, and to partner with vendors on PEEK-capable tooling. - Operator mindset: comfortable in PPE, at the crosshead, solving a defect at 2am if that is what the line needs. - Familiarity with IEC 60317 and NEMA MW 1000 magnet wire standards is a plus. COMPENSATION AND EQUITY Compensation is benchmarked to senior technical leadership at venture-backed hard tech companies. Base salary is competitive and equity is material; both scale with experience and scope of ownership. About Bowery Legal: At Bowery Legal, we combine big-firm Corporate and M&A experience with the focus and flexibility of a boutique practice. Our attorneys have trained at some of the most respected law firms in the world, including Latham & Watkins, Gunderson Dettmer, Skadden, Mayer Brown, Greenberg Traurig, and Baker McKenzie. We are highly-capable, Big Law-trained attorneys who have all decided that there must be a better (and more humane) way to practice law while still being exceptional in our craft. For attorneys out there that feel the same way, Bowery Legal is an oasis in the desert. About the Role: Bowery Legal is looking for a talented attorney with relevant in-house and/or law firm experience in transactional and corporate law. The associate will primarily be responsible for handling emerging companies and venture capital related matters including entity formation and setup, equity and debt financings, commercial contracts, corporate governance, “outside general counsel” responsibilities and other general corporate matters. The attorney will work closely with the Managing Partner and other business team members on a regular basis. What You’ll Do: - Serve as outside general counsel to early-stage and growth companies: triage day-to-day legal questions, spot issues, and deliver practical, business-minded guidance. - Form and structure new entities (DE C-corps/LLCs, holding/operating companies), draft founder docs (IP assignment, vesting, ROFR/Co-Sale), and set up cap tables (e.g., Carta) from day one. - Lead venture financings end-to-end (pre-seed to Series B+): draft/negotiate SAFEs and convertible notes, NVCA equity rounds, term sheets, stock purchase agreements, investor rights/ROFR/Co-Sale, voting agreements, and ancillary closing deliverables. - Manage debt transactions for venture-backed companies: review term sheets, negotiate loan and security agreements, warrants, intercreditor/subordination arrangements, and coordinate perfection/filings. - Own closing execution: run diligence, build and track closing checklists, coordinate signatures, manage data rooms, and deliver clean, on-time closings. - Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (SaaS subscriptions, MSAs/SOWs, DPAs, NDAs, vendor and partnership agreements) with attention to data, IP, and risk allocation. - Advise on corporate governance and compliance: board and stockholder consents, charter/bylaw updates, equity plan administration, 409A, insider matters, and ongoing minute-book hygiene. - Proactively manage projects and client communications across time zones in a largely remote-first environment, balancing responsiveness with thoughtful, high-quality work. Required Experience: - Strong academic credentials including a J.D. from a top law school. - Membership in the New York state bar is required. - 2+ years of experience with a top national law firm or in-house with a technology company. - Strong project management, communication and analytical skills are a must, as are strong communications skills (oral and written). - Ability to work independently but remain connected in a remote work environment is critical if the attorney works remotely from other team members.

About Bowery Legal Bowery Legal combines the sophistication and technical excellence of a leading global law firm with the flexibility, entrepreneurialism, and humanity of a boutique practice. Our attorneys trained at some of the most respected law firms in the world, including Latham & Watkins, Gunderson Dettmer, Mayer Brown, Greenberg Traurig, Cooley, and Baker McKenzie. We are Big Law-trained lawyers who believe there is a better way to practice: one that delivers exceptional work for sophisticated clients without sacrificing autonomy, collaboration, personality, or quality of life. For people who feel the same way, we are an oasis in the desert. Bowery Legal has also been recognized by Chambers and Partners as one of the leading law firms in New York in our core areas of expertise, reflecting the caliber of the work we do and the clients we represent. We are building what we believe can become one of the premier next-generation corporate, transactional and investment funds focused law firms in the country. We are looking for people who are excited not just to join a law firm, but to help build one. About the Role Bowery Legal is seeking an experienced investment funds attorney to lead and help build our Investment Funds practice. This is not simply a role for someone looking to inherit a book of work and execute on existing matters. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who is excited by the opportunity to build a practice, deepen client relationships, develop new business, help shape a growing department, and play a meaningful role in the continued growth of the firm. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of meaningful experience in investment funds and fund formation, with a particular focus on venture capital and private equity funds. Experience representing emerging and established fund sponsors, general partners, management companies, and investment platforms is strongly preferred. The attorney will advise clients throughout the lifecycle of private investment funds, including fund structuring and formation, sponsor and management company arrangements, offering and governing documents, investor negotiations, side letters, regulatory considerations, fund closings, and ongoing fund operations. The role will also involve helping us expand the breadth and sophistication of Bowery Legal’s existing funds capabilities and building a practice that can grow alongside our broader emerging companies, venture capital, private equity, and transactional platform. What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who: - Has a minimum of five years of substantial investment funds and fund formation experience. - Has particular experience forming and advising venture capital and private equity funds. - Has experience representing fund sponsors, general partners, management companies, and other investment platforms. - Is comfortable taking primary responsibility for sophisticated fund formation matters and serving as a trusted advisor to clients. - Has strong drafting, structuring, negotiation, and project-management skills. - Is highly self-motivated and capable of operating with significant autonomy. - Has excellent judgment and the ability to give clients practical, commercial advice rather than simply identifying legal issues. - Enjoys developing client relationships and is excited by the opportunity to help generate and grow a book of business. - Is interested in mentoring and helping develop more junior attorneys as the practice expands. - Has an entrepreneurial mindset and genuinely wants to help build something rather than simply occupy a role within an existing structure. Why Bowery Legal This is an opportunity for the right person to take on a leadership role at a growing firm at an unusually exciting stage of its development. You will have the opportunity to help define the direction of the Investment Funds practice, build relationships with sophisticated clients, develop new areas of business, and ultimately create a department that reflects your own strengths and ambitions. We want someone who looks at a growing platform and sees opportunity: the opportunity to build a team, develop clients, create new offerings, and help shape what the firm becomes over the next several years. At Bowery Legal, we care deeply about the quality of our work, but we also want the process of building the firm to be fun. We are ambitious about where we are going, collaborative about how we get there, and interested in working with people who are excited by the idea of building something meaningful together. For the right attorney, this is much more than a lateral move. It is an opportunity to help build the next great law firm and find everything you're looking for along with it.

About the Organization: The Super Pollutant Action Alliance (SPAA) is a new and growing organisation that focuses on cutting super pollutants, which are responsible for half of today’s climate change yet receive far less than half of global climate funding and attention. Reducing super pollutants, including methane, tropospheric ozone, and black carbon, is the fastest way to limit dangerous near-term temperatures, which is all the more important in a rapidly warming world. In addition, reducing super pollutants improves air and water quality, bolstering food production and potentially saving hundreds of thousands of lives per year. SPAA serves as a philanthropic collaborative backed by some of the world’s leading climate foundations. Our mission is to enable and expand highly effective super pollutant reduction efforts to reduce global temperatures as much and as soon as possible, and to save lives from reduced heat and pollution. With dedicated resources, SPAA aims to catalyze the super pollutant reduction field, working closely with experts, civil society, and policymakers to develop thought leadership, targeted philanthropic interventions, and convenings that increase the impact of the field as a whole. Critical to furthering this mission is a robust approach to learning and impact. We aim to generate actionable evidence to help us better understand and communicate the progress and impact of our work, as well as to inform our future efforts and direction. Position Summary: Under the direction of the Director of Operations and Impact, the Learning and Impact Manager will be responsible for implementing and refining the learning systems that enable SPAA to maximize its catalytic impact on the super pollutants field. Titan

About Titan Despite decades of innovation in money, the most important consumer money domain remains largely untouched: wealth management. Legacy Wall Street institutions still dominate private wealth, gatekeeping their services behind extremely high minimums, janky user experiences, and layers of fees. They are, in our opinion, the "final boss" of consumer fintech. Our belief: every American deserves an elite wealth team navigating their capital, delivered at the cost and speed only humans working in harmony with AI can unlock. At heart, we're a small pack of hard-working rebels operating at the intersection of engineering craft and high-stakes financial precision. Every person here is a calibrated bet on what we're building next. Our mission is to rebuild what a wealth management firm means, from the ground up, brick by brick, leveraging technology across the entire stack, so that AI lets one wealth advisor deliver what used to take a team, serving clients a Wall Street team never could have reached. We're backed by a16z and Sam Altman, and currently power over $1 billion in assets under management. Why Join Titan For the right person, this will be one of the most rewarding roles they ever have. - Legacy-defining vision. Private wealth in every pocket isn't an incremental product. It’s not B2B automation. It’s a “before & after” moment in money. - The time is now. LLMs just unlocked what was impossible five years ago: truly personalized wealth management for everyone. - Outsized decision making. We're a small team by design. Every hire is precise, every role carries real weight, and your decisions disproportionately shape what we become. - Built in person, in the trenches. We're a high-touch, high-tempo group that works side by side. You’ll see our founders working in the trenches with the team everyday. - Ownership in every sense. Competitive cash and well-above-market equity. We believe in identifying only exceptional talent and compensating them generously. - World-class backing. Investors who share the bold vision: a16z, General Catalyst, Accel, Y Combinator, Sam Altman, Paul Graham, and more. Role Overview Titan is hiring a Content Lead to build and run our content engine across every channel: all social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, and whatever comes next), the weekly newsletter, webinars, and short-form video. You set the strategy, you create the franchises, you write and produce most of it yourself with AI, and you own the outcome: a brand that tech professionals with equity comp recognize and trust, measured in reach, audience, and reputation. This is a senior individual contributor role with a path to Head of Content. On day one you are a team of one with a founder as your most prolific channel. Within a year you have earned the right to hire, and the title that goes with it, by showing that the franchises are growing an audience and that the sales team can see the difference in their calls. You report to Clay (co-CEO) and work daily with Sara (compliance), the wealth advisors and account executives (the source of client stories, objections, and topic ideas), and the growth team running paid. What You’ll Do - Build content franchises. Launch two or three named, recurring formats (a weekly equity-comp column, a webinar series, a short-form video show, an annual report on how tech employees manage money). Keep what earns an audience; kill what doesn’t. - Own strategy and the calendar. Decide what Titan says (equity comp, tax, concentrated positions and Titan Diversify, planning for tech households, and why 0.40% full-service beats a 1% RIA or DIY) and run one calendar so every idea ships as five assets. - Run every channel. Own LinkedIn (Clay’s daily posts in his voice, plus growing the company page), Reddit, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Show up credibly in r/fatFIRE and the equity-comp corners of X, with no astroturfing. - Grow the newsletter and webinars into lead engines. Write and grow a weekly newsletter tech professionals actually open. Run webinars end to end, coach advisors on camera, and turn each session into four to six pieces. - Make compliance fast. Every client story gets an internal record and every public claim goes through compliance review, with testimonials under the SEC Marketing Rule. - Enable sales. Sit in on calls and give advisors and AEs the explainers, objection-handling pieces, and client stories that close deals. - Measure and scale. Own the brand dashboard (reach, followers, engagement, branded search, share of voice vs. competitors, and Reddit/X sentiment). Once the numbers justify it, make the case for your first hire. Qualifications - A real writer. 5+ years in writing or content marketing, including 2+ as a reporter, editor, or staff writer. You can write an RSU tax explainer a Google L6 would forward. - Audience builder. You’ve grown an audience from near zero on more than one platform, and you can bring the numbers, including what failed. - Franchise builder. You’ve created a named, recurring format people came back for, and it shifted how they saw the brand. - AI-native. Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Descript, and gen-media tools are core to how you produce. You can show how they changed your weekly output. - Fluent in money. You know equity comp, tax, and investing well enough to catch an advisor’s mistake. You have 2+ years writing about personal finance, investing, or fintech. - Self-sufficient. You make your own graphics, slides, landing pages, and basic video cuts. - In-house operator. You have 2+ years inside a company, not an agency. When you see something broken, you fix it and ship. - Fast and versatile. Your portfolio shows speed and range, not just polish. Nice to Haves - Experience in a regulated industry, working alongside compliance - On-camera or live hosting experience, and the ability to coach others - Newsletter (Beehiiv, Substack, HubSpot) or webinar production experience - Video editing beyond the basics - Experience managing a writer, editor, or contractor - You’ve been the customer: equity comp at a tech company, with opinions about the advice you got
