Umpqua Growth Talks

Umpqua Growth Talks is an initiative produced by the Umpqua Economic Development Partnership, focusing on workforce and entrepreneurial development in Douglas County, Oregon. The organization aims to support local entrepreneurs and small businesses through various events and programs. The Growth Talks initiative was rebranded from Umpqua Pub Talks in June 2019. Umpqua Growth Talks primarily invests in early-stage, local small businesses that are focused on growth and expansion. The organization provides a platform for entrepreneurs to pitch their business ideas to a panel of judges, with opportunities for funding and support. The events are designed to inspire, inform, and invest in the local entrepreneurial ecosystem.
