NV NOM

NV NOM (Naamloze Vennootschap NOM) is a regional investment and development agency founded in 1975, headquartered in Groningen. It is owned by the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs and the provinces of Groningen, Friesland, and Drenthe. NOM's mission is to stimulate economic activity and employment in these regions by investing in innovative and growth-oriented companies, attracting foreign direct investment, and developing innovation ecosystems. The agency focuses on various sectors including energy, green chemistry, life sciences, and high-tech systems, providing equity capital, loans, and convertible instruments to startups and established SMEs.
