The Greater West Dayton Incubator (GWDI) serves as a community resource for entrepreneurs in Greater West Dayton. Established through collaboration between the University of Dayton and local leaders, GWDI focuses on creating equitable opportunities, particularly for underrepresented communities. It acts as a catalyst for generational wealth and inclusive economies while enhancing experiential learning for students.

GWDI primarily supports low-to-moderate income entrepreneurs and business owners from marginalized backgrounds. It provides access to resources, funding, and educational programs to help these entrepreneurs start, scale, and sustain their businesses, driving diversity, equity, and inclusion within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
