Startup Lisboa is a private non-profit business incubator established in 2011 by the Municipality of Lisbon, Montepio Bank, and IAPMEI. It began operations in February 2012 in Lisbon's historic downtown. The incubator supports early-stage tech startups from ideation to seed+ stages through both physical and virtual incubation programs. Its mission is to foster startup growth by providing mentorship, strategic partnerships, and access to investment, all while maintaining a non-equity approach to support the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Lisbon.
