Mekong Inclusive Ventures (MIV) is a majority Khmer women-owned and led entrepreneur support organization founded in 2012 in Australia and expanded to Cambodia in 2016. With over 15 years of experience, MIV supports early-stage and scaling impact ventures across Australia and South/Southeast Asia. Initially established as Agile Development Group, a disability social enterprise, MIV aims to create economic opportunities and independent lifestyles for people living with disabilities. In 2024, MIV merged its sister organizations to streamline its strategic focus and amplify its impact.
MIV specializes in developing GEDSI-focused Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The organization provides tailored support to enhance sustainable development, climate resilience, and economic growth through innovative solutions and improved operational efficiency. MIV employs Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles to ensure that its solutions are tailored to the specific needs of the communities it serves.
