The Black upStart is an organization dedicated to training aspiring African-American entrepreneurs. Founded in 2016, it aims to foster the growth of Black-owned businesses that can create jobs and contribute to the economy. The Black upStart provides targeted entrepreneurship training for African-American individuals who have not yet started a business or whose businesses generate less than $50,000 in revenue.
