TRANSFORM VC

Based in Silicon Valley, we invest early in deep tech startups with software profit margins, solving for social and climate challenges. We focus on smart infrastructure, i.e sectors that are critical or essential in an economy (health, media, energy, ai, education, agriculture, cybersecurity, logistics, etc) and have software profit-margins so are highly scalable. We identify, invest in, and nurture exceptional entrepreneurs from overlooked or disenfranchised communities, help them crack the Silicon Valley code in weeks instead of years on their own, and pave the path for rapid global growth due to the strong networks we and our LPs bring.
