Pépites is a growth entrepreneurship program that aims to assist small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in their transition to mid-sized enterprises (ETIs). Co-led by the Métropole de Lyon and the CCI Lyon Métropole, the program has been operational since 2011 and focuses on SMEs that demonstrate a proven growth dynamic and ambitious development projects. The initiative provides personalized support, resources, and networking opportunities to help these companies thrive during their hyper-growth phase.

The Pépites program selects approximately ten new SMEs each year, offering them access to a €13,000 subsidy for external services, workshops, and networking opportunities. The program is designed to provide personalized support tailored to the specific needs of each participating SME, ensuring they have the resources necessary to achieve their growth objectives.
