Through personal and hands-on mentoring, O3NL's entrepreneurs learn how to optimize their products and services, identify markets, build business organizations, and seek funding. Whatever their stage of development, all ventures are welcome. In addition to this code a relationship between mentors and entrepreneurs is only established when interests, needs and preferences between the two parties are matched with each other. Entrepreneurs are assured impartial and unbiased advice by their mentors all of whom must adhere to the principles and code of conduct of O3NL.
