Grant MakerFounded in 1977, PCR Business Finance (PCR) is a private, non-profit, Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), as certified by the U.S. Treasury. As the name implies, PCR provides business loans. Further, PCR provides small business educational services through our designation by U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), as a Small Business Development Center (SBDC). Finally, and in addition to our small business lending and educational services, PCR administers the pilot Metro Business Interruption Fund (BIF), which provides grants of up to $50,000 per impact year to eligible small businesses.

Grant MakerFAE Genève - Fondation d'aide aux entreprises (FAE) is a public foundation established in 2005 by the Canton of Geneva. It provides financial solutions to support small and medium-sized enterprises (PMEs) and independents in Geneva throughout their lifecycle, from creation to expansion and succession. The foundation aims to address financing gaps that traditional banks may not cover, fostering a strong local economy and job preservation. Headquartered in Plan-les-Ouates, Geneva, FAE operates as a public law entity funded by the State of Geneva. It offers various financial solutions, including credit or leasing guarantees, minority equity participations, liquidity advances, and expert service funding. These services are designed to assist businesses with market expansion, machinery acquisition, innovation, and other growth initiatives. Eligible applicants include any registered enterprises in the Canton of Geneva that demonstrate project feasibility. In 2023, FAE supported 54 companies with CHF 10.7 million in funding.
