Change Accelerator

Change Accelerator is a change management methodology and toolkit designed for change practitioners and individuals responsible for facilitating change within organizations. It was founded to provide structured support for managing change initiatives and is based on the Accelerating Change & Transformation (ACT) model developed by Emergent. The organization offers its services through individual and enterprise licenses, as well as a Change Management Training program.

Change Accelerator focuses on providing a comprehensive change management methodology that includes a six-phase model: Plan the Change, Create Urgency, Lead the Change, Engage the People, Align Systems, and Sustain the Change. The organization offers over 60 downloadable tools, including assessments, templates, and checklists, to support each phase of the change process.
