The Texas Opportunity & Justice Incubator (TOJI) is a flagship initiative of the State Bar of Texas, focused on helping lawyers build sustainable law practices that serve low-income and modest-income populations. TOJI was founded to bridge the gap between the need for legal services and the availability of affordable legal assistance, ensuring that all individuals have an equal chance to protect their rights under the law.

TOJI invests in the development of solo law practices that cater to low-income and modest-income individuals. The program emphasizes innovative approaches to legal service delivery, including the use of technology, alternative fee arrangements, and flexible payment options, aiming to create a model that can be replicated in other states to enhance access to justice.

TOJI offers a 12-month virtual program for lawyers, which includes group training, personal coaching, and access to resources for business growth. Participants engage in pro bono work and contribute to the TOJI community while focusing on various topics such as office technology, business planning, marketing, practice management, productivity, and finances.
