LISA (LEAD Incubator & Startup Accelerator) was founded in 2020 by Stanford LEAD Alumni Deepti Pahwa and Edward Mundt. It is based in the vicinity of Silicon Valley and serves as a virtual/hybrid ecosystem for entrepreneurs, innovators, and changemakers worldwide. LISA aims to support Stanford LEAD graduates by providing resources and mentorship throughout the startup journey, from ideation to minimum viable product (MVP) and beyond.

It offers a rigorous, outcomes-oriented program that spans 12 weeks and includes a 1:1 mentor-to-founder ratio. The program culminates in the LISA PitchFest, where participants showcase their startup ideas.
